That ended up working out well, though, because it got Carl promoted, which sent them into a tailspin that got them Bunting and Butch.
this has got to be the most offseason-esque season I can remember...

Bud has improved, but there is still nobody saying that he's a "good" recruiter. He's probably still the worst on our staff, but he's no Billy Hite (or early 2000's Bud Foster).
Bud has mellowed out a lot. He's a pretty sincere dude (thinking of the post Military Bowl interview last year) and I'm sure that plays up. He was pretty brash there for a while. But, his system is still a detriment to recruiting. Look at the current LB situation as proof.

And it's going to be something that just repeats what many people have already said multiple times.
I am also 100% burnt out on coaching-related threads. Really just want an announcement of who it is.

Demetri Martin is funny. Has a very similar style to Mitch Hedberg (RIP). Lots of one-liners.
Don't think it will be any of those...but one name no one has mentioned, is Bronco Mendenhall.
