Can't tell if serious or joking. Laughing uncontrollably nonetheless.
Wyatt got away with illegal hands to the face there. Stacy will need to talk to him about that.
there just isn't a way to 100% satisfy all 66000 fans
Other than winning games, of course!
beat me to it...
You'd have to think they were convinced he was their guy before agreeing to such a sweet deal. You know, like UVA did with London.
I'd love to know how his interview went - I wonder how much being a UT grad influenced the selection committee.
Not everyone agrees they suck, which is part of the problem BUT an opinion people are rightfully entitled to.
The paper reams piece was satire.
The solution you offer is easy, but is not one being undertaken by the administration. And honestly, I don't even know that canceling tickets is necessarily a fair way of handling it. People act like assholes sometimes, but I'd much rather address the behavior than restrict a student's rights or access to tickets. Last year I suggested having identified/ proven airplane throwers assigned to help clean the stadium after games. Something as simple as a warning email would even suffice. Just a reminder that throwing things on the field is prohibited to deter the behavior.
Ho hum. Am I going to have to monitor flight tracker again?
some pics i pulled from r/CFB that redditors had fun with featuring Sad UVA Fan:

saved the best for last:

Haha oops.
Yup, that's the guy I meant. 5 DL, 5 DB, one angry cartoon kitty.
Ya herd it straight from the horse' ass. I mean mouth. Sorry, incorrect orifice.
Really? Now that I did not know. Is it like a 15 yard penalty or something? Also, source?
Illegal laying of hands. That's a paladin.
I'd have to disagree, but we can leave it at just that.
Yeah, I hate it when mothers with two kids get hit in the back of the head with those!
lol uh.....ok....
Hell, I can say beaver, bear, and squelch, but that doesn't make me a truck driver.
Yes it does. Congratulations.
Get rid of paper tickets altogether. Paper airplanes at games are embarrassing.

Not nearly often enough my friend.
Alex, great article! You have a future, sir.
Alright guys let's take it easy. Remember, the enemy is out there, not in here.
Looks like Lane Stadium isn't the only place infested with the inhumanity of paper airplanes interfering with sports:

I agree 100%. Nothing bad comes from making them start at the 25 every time. No chance of a game changing TD return and less risk of anyone getting hurt.
