BOO

This would be my guess as well. I don't think Tech can afford to roll with two QBs at the moment.
Let's not go too large here. I think we'd Settle for 13 straight.
Also, 7-3 and even 8-4 is probably good enough for the ACCCG.
This guy being a clown aside, what did it tell us other than he chats up players' moms on Twitter?
A 2014 MOY award will buy you time. Unfortunately, it bought enough time into 2015 as to make it too late to fire him.
For a moment, I thought I was in the Hatin' On thread.
All I did was compliment the man's wife! *looks over shoulder* *flinches*
I wish I could upvote your comment, but I've not enough turkey legs. GW inspired a lot of us to be better people, better Americans.
He skipped leg day
So you are saying we real off 14 straight now? Love your optimism but I think more likely 8-3 or 7-4 for the regular season and then another random bowl game is in our future this year...
looks at time 6:33 PM Today.. uhmmmm and airplane mode.. Durk Sr is this you?????
McMillan showed great flashes of being a take it to the house player.
Id be careful his dad is built like an NFL linebacker.

I'm a dodgers fan but since I live in DC I watch lots of NAT's game since they are usually on and I love watching Harper's at bats and I will second your statement. How Williams has lasted this long is amazing because he has to be the worst manager I have seen in years...
I was at my parent's home in SWVA helping my dad recover from quadruple bypass surgery with my then 3 year old daughter. My husband was at Ft Huachuca, AZ. He called me after the first tower was hit, so my dad, my daughter and I watched the 2nd plane hit. I'll never forget that day. Being an Army wife for 9 years at that time, I knew all too well what this would mean for our military members. My Uncle was in the Pentagon that day, and thankfully was not injured. All day we cried, were in shock and good gracious I was angry. The sacrifices made that day by firefighters, emt's and police, plus many more should never be forgotten. True heroes that day they were, and everyday. Life at Ft Campbell was so different after that. We were stationed in Germany post 9/11, protestors demonstrating outside our homes, husband's base. Americans came together after 9/11, we didn't allow race or gender or politics divide us. Would like to see that happen again. My husband has retired from the Army and love that we are back in SWVA. He's serving the Commonwealth and was part of those honored at VT today for the memorial.
i also agree.. IMO finding a coach that will be here for 10+ years will be extremely hard unless we're consistently winning ACC and in playoffs. Beamer is an anomaly in college football HC gig right now
Utes game and chill?
got beat on a couple of plays no doubt, but considering how little pressure our DL got and the scheme we were playing if they played as bad as you are saying OSU may have scored 70.
Thus proving VT Football Postulate 10a:
Being labeled with the term "Logan Thomas 2.0" implies that a player will not play the position they were recruited for.

# | Analyzing Virginia Tech Offensive Coordinator Scot Loeffler's Game Plan Against Ohio State didn't really see anything to differentiate any of the backs. They all had their pros and cons, but JC definitely seemed to have the most PT. His fumble was concerning again.
people have been ragging on trey and I thought he looked pretty good. the two goal line runs he should have scored and he had one carry where there was a crap snap and as soon as he got the ball he got hit for a 4 or 5 yard loss. hard to cherry pick his carries to change his YPC, but those 3 plays definitely skew his stats. also love his pass blocking and every time they have a snap chat of the rb/lb drills he's by far the best of our RBs (not including FBs).

# | Analyzing Virginia Tech Offensive Coordinator Scot Loeffler's Game Plan Against Ohio State Loved what I saw from Ford. I expect him to beat Furman deep several times, but I don't know if Motley will be able to hit him. I do wish our offense would implement more quick throws to the flats like OSU did.
If he does a good enough job to be able to jump ship to a major program i'm assuming we are better off, especially offensively, than we were before he got here. Would take it. Not saying this specifically for Chad Morris, but in general.

The more I read about Lawson, the more I am convinced that it won't be too long before he takes hold of the starting spot and doesn't let go.
