You beat me to the same question (I asked above before I read yours).

I think what is key is that the coaches have the same spring game footage that we have, maybe better stuff, and have four weeks to remind him how to tackle and go downhill (and Sean & Carson have four weeks to push).

If it is apparent early in game that Moto is having trouble, are they willing to make a switch, and will Sean or Carson be ready to go (by that I mean have the ability to take on Zeke head-to-head) ?

V Hall was just so natural - seemed cut out of stone and "had a heavy shoulder" - was also gifted at putting them on the ground. AM seems quick but a little inefficient and indecisive, and he doesn't seem to have the art of squeezing through the cracks in the line to get the TFL - hopefully that changes. It also shouldn't go unnoticed just how huge Miami's line was and how they dominated us between the tackles - kind of scary actually.

I had my WTF moments with MOTO last year (Pitt). I am concerned here and I am hoping that he has a "oh that is how it is done" moment and then gets it. If not bring on the Lydon or Mc Kinnon. So if it ain't happening on the 7th does Bud make the change?

That's a pretty awful one, hard to top that.

Accidentally Racist is more bad because it feels like he put zero time into it. It feels like it was done last minute. It just doesnt go well.

I was at that Blues Traveler show, can't believe it was 14 years ago. My worst concert at Burruss though was Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals. The band was awesome, but I was sick and just wanted to go home and go to bed, and they played forrrrrreeeeeeevvvvver. Seriously, I think it was a 16 hour concert.

Agreed that the majority of the fanbase did not have his back at the start of '04. But then again the majority of the base was skeptical on the whole team starting the '04 season. I guess I'm an exception.
Also bite that the first two seasons he started his game was sporadic. Highlights for me include the W against Air Force in the SF/Emerald Bowl, the last game we played against Cuse and the games against aTm. Overall he learned to become a better game manager which showed in '04 when the team really needed it. And he responded to the pressure in a big way.
I'll say that Brewer and Randall are at similar (though not identical) points. For one thing, the '02 and '03 seasons Randall finished above 7 Ws.
But absolutely will not budge on the Randall-Clark "comparison" because there is none. Right now Randall>Brewer. But we'll find out if that changes.

I'm compelled to hop in, FSU hate notwithstanding, but the Seminole nation fully supports FSU, the tomahawk chop, the horse, the flaming spear... the works.

And for any history majors (or those with interest in history) out there...the Seminoles are considered the ONLY unconquered tribe of the native peoples in America. They never gave up, and signed a peace treaty in the 1950's. I have a lot of respect for that. And the "Unconquered" statue outside of Doak, which celebrates the tenacity of the tribe, as well as the accomplishment of the football team, which I have to say, is waaay cool in so many ways:

Deep thinking? OK...Guilty as charged.

behind Church's

I really want to believe you're trolling right now. Because that's easier to believe than a person intentionally choosing Church's over literally any other chicken place.

I don't know about putting it all together. I don't think Knowles will ever be the X receiver in our system. But his 2013 performance was enough to show that he could definitely be a Dyrell Roberts type player, never the feature receiver but someone who can come through with a spectacular play when needed. He lost his speed, and therefore his game, last season, but if he's healthy there's no reason to think he won't be a viable third option at receiver.
