# | Bitter blog - McKenzie reinstated, suspended for Ohio State; plus other odds and ends Might I ask what hotel? Some in town market as being "really close" to the stadium, but they close a lot of roads around the stadium. I don't want you to be surprised. Walking or taking the bus might be a better option.
Youngest Edmunds is 6'5". He's still listed at LB, but DE or TE is in his future.
Fox listed at RB. I thought he would be whip/rover.

EDIT:
Ok...so my bad for the neutral zone infraction...if he was "excused" from practice, that's a totally different meaning from "dismissed"....
Was with a bunch of buddies in '73 at one of the overlooks up there past Mt. Lake, really enjoying the day. We had a military jet fly by, it seemed below us, but it was level enough with us for us to see the pilot. Freaked us totally out. We heard the wind over the wings before we heard the big roar...a really cool experience.
Speaking of cool, the weather up there at Mt. Lake can be impressive. Va. state record low was recorded up there at the UVA research station. An impressive 30 below, friends. '86 or '87, can't recall. With new hiking trails all around Mt. Lake and the trails off of the road beyond the lake, it is a good place to go on a hot day, and a really cool place to go on a cold day.
I haven't been to the Blacksburg Mellow Mushroom yet, but I loved Backstreet's. $5 pepperoni pizza on Mondays is hard to beat.
Or......like 18 lbs too big.

I think your post inspired me to put up a few more trails for the Buckeyes. I can't take credit for the pics, unfortunately- (I just Googled) but I did grab this panorama of Wind Rock last winter.
Well, I agree that we should respect them. From "lowly" Temple to JMU, we have experienced what happens when we don't show up, but it does seem to me that you have a pretty optimistic outlook for ODU. I don't think ODU will reach the heights that Boise State did, but posts above have laid out the reasons they likely won't. I absolutely agree with the sentiment that we should play them occasionally at most, again, for all the reasons already posted.
Yeah, that's the worst news on this roster. Way too big.
Spent some time making a decent little depth chart in PowerPoint so I could hang it in my office, update it when things change, and then...Joe got the real one.

TKP is too good, should have known better.
Are you sure? I don't see him on the depth chart.
Yea, no kidding.
Talk about a timeslot that VT should own.
I don't think it's disrespectful to say we'd prefer not to play them EVERY YEAR.
The only team I want to play every year is UVA.
Just announced during FB post pratice press Conference only 200 season tickets left.
I approve this message.
That last part was the idea...I was just jumping on the .gif train with something clever. I am, however, Team Gif (like 'gift').
Quiet, he's talking to Precious.
some1 say bak?
facyson bak
Former Hokies star quarterback Mike Vick was in attendance. He spoke to the team and said he'd like to make it back for the Ohio State opener.
Hey, that's cool.

Is Coach Newsome back in town?
/s

I thought he played tough at the 2014 spring game and was great on punt coverage until he got hurt.
Juice at 243???? Wow I remember reading he wanted to play about 225 or did misremember?
That would be a load to bring down!

Eeerg. Mixed emotions...
