Still can't believe nothing has been said about what in the world he did. The lawyer is blasting the school and it looks bad for the time being but there are two sides to this story.

Unhappy lawyer:

(edit...moar tweets)

Where would he go? The premier jobs are locked up, likely for a long time UT, TAMU, TCU, and Baylor, none of which are stepping stones, especially for those coaches. Texas Tech isn't much of a vertical move. There may be opportunities in the surrounding states that keep him close to Texas, but would he really decline if Whit came calling? He has experience on the east coast and with the ACC. The Texas pipeline gives him a recruiting advantage. And he knows we're serious about our football.

While I agree with what you're saying about sticking to your agreement, Kam has become one of the most feared and dominant safetys in the league over the past 2 years. That being said:

It was an analogy, not reality. That was the point...it was intentionally absurd to show how ridiculous the Brady penalty is vis a vis Hardy.

You make a good point about Hardy getting "time served". However, if Goodell is going to penalize Brady because, at least in part, that his phone was destroyed, shouldn't the same logic apply to penalizing Hardy for essentially doing the same (and more) for a far worse (IMO) offense? If Goodell isn't bound by the rule of law with Brady, why should Goodell feel any constraint whatsoever with Hardy?

Thank's for sharing great pictures to those of us unable to see this amazing win in person. Some pictures are really worth a thousand words. Very nice .

Nah... regardless of any wording, the Texas conference knows they need a CCG which is why they re-engaged their Conf. Expansion Committee... and also why OU is shopping around.
