Yeah I know but it just makes sense for Miami to stay in Florida then go out of state in which it would be an embarrassment to their university with literally no fans showing up. So if they stay in Florida they will bring a little amount of fans but still more if they go out of state.

That was fantastic. I, at times since the game, have been saddened by what could have been. I have no doubt in my mind that if that first TD stood, it would have been a blowout game. Aside from stupid mental errors, this year (except against Miami), every momentum play we've had has been called back for something.
My seats were next to the band, so it was a fun time.
Or their football level, in everyone's opinion.

Duke definitely needs to earn some respect to prove that this season isn't a fluke. Their history works against them. Anyone who follows the ACC closely can see that there has been significant improvement in their team. The guys that scan the box scores and standings probably think, "This has to be a mistake, they spelled 'Virginia Tech' wrong." If Duke can continue to play well, they will recruit better and maintain it. If not, they're a flash in the pan. Cutcliffe knows what he's doing, so I suspect Duke will hang around for a while and compete. They had a great year, good for them.
Maybe this is just me not studying QBs that much - but his footwork seems a little different?
Seems to me like his base when he goes to throw is really wide, and it doesn't seem like he's driving off his back foot that much. I don't know if this is right but it looks like he's using his upper body to make the throws more than his waist/plant foot.

It is sad that it's over now but it was an exciting season with all the close games. The Hokies this season remind me in many ways of the Dallas Cowboys where the wins and the loses are exciting and entertaining. It also gave us many reasons for hope in the future with so many young players and better coaching on offense with good players coming in as well. I'll miss watching Logan play for this team..at the end of the day he won more games then he lost and went 11-1 against are biggest rivals in GT, Miami, and LOLUVA.
Ford's pocket awareness, his ability to elude pass-rushers, and his ability to throw accurate darts on the run make me smile. If he can learn to read defenses, he'll flourish in Loeffler's scheme. With a better O-line and some RBs, the offense may actually become a strength.
No doubt this team is legitimate, but you can literally hear the chuckles when its mentioned that FSU is playing them. That means their program is a joke, or at least that they aren't considered valid on a national scale.
We've all got a lot of respect for them and Cutcliffe. But SEC fans don't, B10 fans don't, B12 fans don't. Those are the fans you need to believe in them if they are going to tune in to see them on NYE on TV.

Also, if this was Josh Trimble's coming-out party, I think we'll have some interesting questions to answer for next year's LB corps. Our depth should be no problem with the Vandyke brothers coming back.

I agree. When Sam joined the team, we were in an offseason fraught with uncertainty after a terrible season and coaching overhaul. Here comes this kid, out of nowhere, working his ass off to be a member of the VT football team, and by God he did it. He's a solid athlete and has the work ethic that we as VT fans treasure and admire. For that, I will meme the hell out of this kid and keep it going. It's just fun. We do the same with AJ Hughes, for the same reason. Having guys who work their asses off in addition to being stand-up people is what VT football is about and I'm damn proud of it.
This is just from a band standpoint, but I really hated the RAB.

I think you should probably look at and read some of French's film reviews a bit more closely if you feel the blame should fall solely on the offensive line.
