Im going to get negative votes on this but i agree with Vtrumpet, we sit and joke about UVA and how they lose in all but when we lose we do the same thing they do at the Sabre we tear down our own team as if we were never fans at all of VT. You can't be a fan of a team only when things are good, I've seen posts from some people saying they don't want to watch VT again and that's fine that is a opinion and i respect that, but you can't have ''one foot in the door while the other is out the door''. I truly understand that our fanbase is hurt after this loss, but we'll pick it back up next week. We have to enjoy the good times while they're good and come together when the times get tough. I don't want to see us calling for Loeffler's job when he's only been here for 8 games when he got here he was the most like person, because he was replacing Stiney and O'cain. Tech never blows away recruiting class rankings, but I feel like we don't bring in bad talent. I feel like there is a LOT of FBS teams that have worse talent than VT. How, with this talent, can you have such a bad offense? 112-of-125, that has to be hard to achieve, right? You can't just accidentally be that bad. How are you consistently that bad? I understand that we are ->| |<- this close to having a decent offense according to the amazing film breakdown that others provide, but how long can you be "this close" before you are just perpetually bad?
He seems to have no feel to the game at times- I thought we were past the forced throws and the ball delivery issues but here we are with time to throw jamming the ball into coverage. Had Byrn running free down the seam, staring him down then delivers ball 2 seconds too late missing out on a huge play. Yeah we need play makers to help him but man is it frustrating

I don't know that we'll walk that road, but it's still possible if we turn things around. Am I completely optimistic? No, but there's still a chance that cannot be denied.
