You guys are missing the most important thing about that play.

That ref is a psychic. He's got the flag half out before any contact was made.

Or just maybe he was determined to call a penalty - any penalty, on that play.

Naaa. Gotta be a psychic.

I lol'ed.

The United States is on UVA's schedule? Bet Mike London hopes they shut down again before THAT showdown

They also burned a timeout when they had the ball and the clock was already stopped after an incomplete pass. If he has two timeouts he could have had another 45-50 seconds at the end of the game after Ole Miss took the lead.

UGH, don't get me started!!!

Les Miles SHOULD have took that time out as soon as the runner went down. There was like 30 seconds left. Could have given himself some time to pull off a miracle. Instead he waited til the clock ran all the way down to take it. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

yeah I think we're ranked abt right. noone is going to give us love except from our d until we do a little more on offense

The Mad Hatter also had some time management issues. Took a timeout with 3 seconds left when he could have saved it to ice the kicker.

The coaches were too busy drowning their sorrows after being upset this week to pay enough attention to their votes.

Until Virginia Tech puts together a game where the defense, offense, and special teams show up and make great plays, this team probably won't get a ton of national love. If you aren't putting the ball in the endzone with more frequency then the Hokies are, it's hard to get notice.

Margin of Victory matters.

I can't believe this doesn't have a ton of upvotes by now; "U Might Beat Us Today, Duke, But Wait Till Basketball"

Kenny Jerry Gold

It seems they prefer to give teams, such as Duke, a 4th chance at each conversion. Seriously, though this is not Frank Beamer's style, we might want to just go for it on every drive against them! Give A. J. Hughes a well-deserved break, hahaha!

No one can say Clemson hasn't gotten many breaks going their way, these last few seasons. I really can't believe how many times officiating calls have gone in their favor recently, especially in ACC play.

I think for the # of ranked teams by conference should be a pie graph to show percentages as well. Other than that, excellent job.

That being said. Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, and Baylor all still have to play one another this season. Those schools will be shuffling a lot. Mizzou still has USCe and A&M. A&M still has LSU, LSU still has Bama.

If we keep winning and beat a highly ranked Miami team, we will climb into the top 10 mighty quickly

when LSU took us to the woodshed in 2007, we dropped from #9 to #18 for what it's worth. I just don't agree with Clemson being embarrassed in Death Valley of all places and staying in the top 10.
