I agree completely. I'm avoiding all the championship talk and all the predictions just because football is a game where anything can happen. You take the wins for granted, and you stop appreciating them, and eventually you'll stop winning.

Worst performance by a Clemson team at home, ever. Probably when they got beat 37-0 at home in 1998. I got Stith's chinstrap after the game, then he signed it at the Music City Bowl.
There are actually a few replies along the lines of "dude, shut up, we suck." Which I'm glad to see.
Hmm all the current top ten teams will drop out of the top ten..it's going to be hard for VT to jump these one lose top team teams but then again..none of them lost to bama.
I did use that on Facebook today. I supported the cause.
Seeing that so few of them are rational, is it possible that it is reverse trolling and someone just trying to lull them into a false sense of calm and self realization?

ML actually is only paid 100k/year as coach.
He picks up the bulk of his salary as a Campus Policeman, duties he performs when he is not game-planning, coaching or otherwise engaged in "football" activities.
His alternate salary would be much less, but for the loophole he has found which allows him to book all his sideline "coach" hours as "Cop" hours at inflated triple-overtime "Game-day Copping". His lawyers successfully argued the case on two points:
- Broadcasters incessantly remind viewers of London's "cop" credentials.
- They convinced the judge that nothing London does on the sideline could remotely be considered football-oriented. In the judge's decision, he found this argument to be "Singularly self-evident".
BCS doesn't mean NCG. We could get an at large to the Sugar bowl potentially.

Beamer currently makes a little over $2.3 million a year. so if we assume 10 wins per year (just from recent history) thats $230k per win. if were going by acc wins like this post is saying and we assume 7 acc wins per year then beamer makes $328.5k per ACC win

Going off of his 2011 pay he got paid $221,000 for every win since joining the ACC. I couldn't find a year by year salary so I this number is probably 10-20% high since he made less in years past and 2012 screwed things up.
