My changes would be getting Jack Tyler in for Vince Hall, Kyshoen for Davon, Nick Becton for Andrew Miller, and Chris Hazely for Brandon Pace
Not me. If I was a D-coordinator I would do exactly what Pitt did. Don't allow any passes to go over your head, keep everything in front of you and rally to the football, stop the run and hopefully get a stop on third down. If you don't, stop them in the redzone and prevent touchdowns.
And pray like heck that your offense gets lucky with some throws down the field. That's going to be the only way to beat this defense if you don't have a mobile QB. Foster has a lot of plays with one on one coverage, if you can get lucky on a couple of them at the right times you can at least change the field position on the Hokies.
What are you talking about? They are working out another contract extension for London because he almost won another game...
I'd rather they bring back Al Groh
Now I'm not suggesting that Loeffler is tinkering during the game or holding back, but when we have the lead, he's instructing Logan that if the downfield threat is covered, throw it underneath or throw it away. You'll see Logan make some good downfield throws, but most of them are in the first half. After that, dink and dunk, take a an occasional shot deep where only your receiver can make a play, and protect the ball. Until some other offense puts up early points on us, this will continue to be Loeffler's strategy. And who can disagree with 6 and 1 right now!?
I considered that, lol. Vincent did have his best year in the ACC after moving to safety.
That defense is so stacked. And could we put all four Fullers on this team? #ALLTHEFULLERS
Hope so, but I'm not sure they have much more. They just aren't very good. Farris looked like a matador today, and Wang and Miller weren't much better. We also just aren't good running the read option. It seems all of our Running plays take way to long to develop and when they do, the D is already right on top of it.
Looks like it could very well turn into a shoot out. Unless Ole Miss exhausts their supply of D-Linemen before this game ends.
TV on mute, Bill & Mike on the radio. It's the only way to go
Ole Miss pulling off the upset would just be grand
That's awesome, kudos to everyone that made that happen.
London's head in a bowl full of tears would be splendid. But I think it's serving us just fine perched atop his shoulders
Things are getting interesting the Ole Miss and Texas A&M game.
Haha, that is awesome. Frank Beamer had some good quotes as well.
Hes a real talented mutha***** n' we wanted ta use his ass ta git a pass rush from different positions, head pimp Frank Beamer holla'd. Y'all KNOW dat shit, mutha*****! Hes a real force back there.
You are assuming that the ACC is a logical entity here
Don't count your Canes before we deal with the Devils and Eagles. The Eagles have given FSU and Clemson both fits in the last couple of weeks. Duke put up 55 points on that Pitt defense, we managed 19.
And all is right in the world
'When da perved-out mutha**** started, you couldn't git his ass lined up, you couldn't git his ass ta do anything, cuz he's only been playin fo' so long,' holla'd linebacker Jack Tyler, whose duty dat shiznit was ta git his ass lined up properly Saturday. 'It make me wanna hollar playa! And now he's kind of found his niche. Yo ass can peep dat he's a heck of a playa.'

oh, well
If he was working at BK, he'd be making $60,000/year for only getting 40% of the burger orders right.
Now that's just money in the bank. I can work with that.
Made a change to the gif, but I'm having a problem posting it.
I imagine that, during the film session, Bud will run a missed sack and pause the tape. He will stand there, silently, staring at the guys as they all begin to contemplate their navels. They will all silently vow never to miss another TFL/sack, if only to avoid the piercing laser glare of Bud MF Foster.

Would definitely pick Macho Harris or Jayron Hosely over Jimmy Williams. Someone that is better in coverage.
I really, really, really liked that fullback we had a few years ago. Jefferson? I forget his first name. Dude NEVER missed a block. It was unreal.
