# | Bitter blog - With Exum and Facyson as options at CB, Foster might ride the hot hand I am reading this thread and others and I think I need to say this, as unpopular as it might be:
Let's not forget, folks, that two weeks ago we didn't think we should be able to beat anyone. Our offense wasn't clicking, the defense was saving our lives, special teams hadn't show they could be special at all. While we were 3-1 before the GT game, the season wasn't looking good. GT looked like a major challenge, UNC still looked to be pretty strong, and we were mostly predicting a rebuilding year.
Now, I think we're getting a little cocky. I know in my office pick 'em, everyone took VT over the Heels. We had a pretty good game on offense against GT, but it was one game and we can't tell yet if this is Loeffler's offense beginning to take off or if it was an above average game.
I don't like UNC all that much, but I'll root for them depending on the opponent. They didn't look good against ECU but they held their own against a GT team that we had trouble putting away. I think this game should be setting off alarms in our heads more than it seems to be doing, and I think we should temper expectations a little. We still have a long way to go before we prove we're consistent enough to think of this weekend as a W.

Enter Sandman Satin theory: The thus-far-unproved proposition that you sleep better on smooth, cool sheets
I'm getting a file not found. What was this?
I was just about to ask about that tropical storm. I saw that it was likely to form, but hadn't seen a projected path yet
"We got f*ckin beat by ECU." Correction....you got destroyed by ECU. Not some last minute gimmick play or break in coverage. You had 600 yards put up on offense. Their QB had six touchdowns, three of them from the ground. Don't try and church it up.
And even though it was in the ATL, I do recall hearing a pretty good "LETS GO....HO-KIES!" from the crowd on television. Pretty impressive for an away game.
Heart surgeons make some decent coin as well. Star football player salary is millions and trends downwards with a very short overall career span. Medical doctor career - spans a whole lot longer and salary is always trending up. Btw, they don't stand the risk of being severely injured on duty. So smart college players always get that degree for a backup plan.
Mmmmmm........tan lines........
Well, that's certainly a relief and confirms what I thought. I mean, what else do you need? TKP has news, comedy, sports, and even a weekly weather report.
Cornerback controversy?

# | Bitter blog - With Exum and Facyson as options at CB, Foster might ride the hot hand I like this approach. I feel like it will fare better than the "hot-hand" approach with the running backs last year.
My money's on Ford. He's Lefty's first recruit and obviously sees something in him.
Was it really that cold during that game? I remember just wearing my orange effect t-shirt.
What they call pickups in Australia... AKA Utes
Ninja Turtles
Da U
War Eagle
Buckeyes
Cardinal
What I would do to see a Patrick Roy - Sam Rodgers fight. Sam would obviously win, but it would be entertaining.
Yeah, that was my sophomore year and as proof (rockin' the fake vintage Tyrod Jersey)..

I remember it flurried during the day, but I wanted a consistent snowfall by the time the game started
I would argue that the NFL is a prestigious group.
I...I think I got my first downvote....I feel so...so...validated!

Possible
-Greg Stroman - last I saw on twitter he was trying to make it but said he has a SAT this weekend. Would be nice to have him down along with Settle.
-Tremaine Edmunds - Seems logical that he would come with Terrell but no confirmation.
-Also looks like Tyrell Smith and Andrew Ford might be bringing a few Cedar Cliff (Ford's HS) guys as well.
Feel free to add others.
Edit #1 : Shai McKenzie said his visit will most likely be the last home game (Maryland) for us.
Edit #2 : Added Kendrick Holland to the list. (247 shows he's taking his official)
Edit #3 : Added Isaiah Ford, Melvin Keihn and Jacorien Payton to the list. (According to VTFan.com)
The resemblance is striking.
Well that's what Beamer would probably say. That's what it was all last year. "One or two plays go the other way and we get the win."
I think I posted sometime before the season started that I thought UNC might be in a similar place as we were last year. They lost their premier rusher, and had key losses on the offensive line. Even with a good QB, I thought this spelled trouble for them. I'm better than I thought.

My money's on Ford, if he comes in and plays like it sounds like he's capable of playing. Bucky on the field somewhere, though.
