I think the Pitt-UVa game needs to be overdubbed with the Benny Hill theme song. Pitt started out strong, but now everyone just looks inept.

Mike O'Cain just called a double-pass for UCF that was intercepted by USC.
If it's not targeting, the penalty is enforced as unnecessary roughness: hitting a defenseless receiver. Targeting (with an ejection) has to involve a helmet-to-helmet hit or the defender leading with the crown of his helmet. Neither of those occurred on that play.
