I prefer to word that as "ECU's offense looks really good" because we shut them down.

Sidenote: The cousins are up on Ok St, 24-14, should be on ESPN. I think I'm gonna spend the rest of the first slate of games on USCe/UCF, with a smattering of ECU/UNC, because it makes me happy that they are having trouble with a team we "struggled" against, and if ECU's D is doing this to Bryn and their line, imagine next week....*starts salivating*
Figure this is as good a place for a first post as any.
Originally born in Blacksburg, after moving out west for a few years my family moved back to VA just in time to see MV7. I still remember sitting on those old bleachers in the South endzone as a kid, a much different experience than it is now. I come from a Hokie family, my Dad and brother both went to VT.
I joined the Air Force after high school, taking me away from Blacksburg. However, I was recently stationed in NC, so I'm finally able to see some games in person again. Blacksburg is home for me, I visit every chance I get. If all goes as planned, I'll be attending VT when I seperate in two years.
I don't think most pollsters watch most games. You win, you go up. You lose, you go down. Who you play and how you won or lost doesn't seem to move you much in the polls. Just look at how we were ranked last year after week 4. Yeah we were undefeated, but I think most of us knew it was going to be a rough season.
Anyone that actually wants to watch UVA game but is blacked out, Phreak's connection online is still working fine.
Have you been to a game at WVU? The entire thing is an issue. They just don't care, any issues with selling beer is a drop in the bucket for the issues they have there. burning couch anyone?

ECU is putting it on UNC. Guess they weren't a scrub team, but the pollsters won't take notice of us.

Yeah that's true. I just wanna know how the pollsters reacted to our solid win @GT. I'd love to be ranked playing UNC next weekend.

Possibly, the one for LU basketball was if both teams scored a combined 100 points, though I remember getting one at a game that didn't even make it to that.

it sucks we use a virtual machine browser at work that filters this stuff out most of the time...going to switch to my android from now on after this epic fail on my part.
It doesn't really matter. Conference play is just starting so there will be a lot of shuffling the next few weeks.
If HD has anything to say about it, we won't be ranked until the ACCCG... even if we win out.
