I was there the whole game!!!! but yes the north endzone looked like butthole, I have picture evidence, anywho! I got on the jumbotron for the first time in my 7 year career of going to tech games and I'm PROUD of it by god! SHIRTLESS 4th QUARTER TRADITION CONTINUES rain sleet or snow Eshiben5 will put on a show!!! such an exciting game

Not just the NEZ (where my relatively small group of friends were standing through the whole ordeal) but the ENTIRE stadium. East wasn't near full, without the cadets South would have been empty, and did anyone else notice the rather large gap of empty seats in West? Terrible turn-out from our fans.
I hated them at first but seeing them in person instead of seeing them in an internet mock-up I actually thought they looked a lot better

For everyone that stayed the entire time GOOD JOB!!!! People were leaving at halftime and all i can do is shake my head...This game reminded me of the overtime game Vs Miami a few years ago. Pouring rain but a freaking AWESOME crowd getting hype throughout the game! I wished they had played enter sandman during OT but it was a great game! So the D is still showing up and the Offense is getting better every week.
You're doing it right. My last ever home game as a student was the UNC game in 2011. When it was over, I literally didn't want to leave the stadium I was so upset my time watching football in Lane as a student was over. That's the biggest reason why I just dont understand why students want to leave games early. You only get 4 (maybe 5... or 6) seasons as an undergrad. Nothing compares to it and yet they all want to take it for granted.
One of my friends from A&M thought the unis were red. So that's not good.
And, if anyone's still awake and watching ESPNU, Wyoming is basically wearing the same uniform design versus Air Force. But their jersey is grey with a brown and yellow digital pattern.
Is there a reason you keep comparing him to Glennon? I made a cursory comparison of his career stats, never said he was or should be VT's greatest QB statistically. Too much maths and typing has been expended on this already.
I had some conversations about that game after today. Some friends were trying to tell me GT 2010 and Miami 2011 were more fun. Those two were better football games, but this was hands down, not even close the most exciting game I've ever been to.

It takes a while for new coordinators to institute their system. Loeffler didn't recruit any of the players he's coaching right now.
Some of my friends said at halftime they were thinking about leaving. I said "I have 4 and a half home games left. I'm enjoying every damn second of them."
Obviously I meant panicking.

I feel like I'm one of the few in the middle ground, I LOVE logan's potential and believe me I know theirs plenty but he does make boneheaded mistakes. If we had tyrod on the bench (ALREADY REDSHIRTED) id say go ahead and let him strut his stuff a little but we dont and leal will get his chance (trust me Ive been a huge leal supporter since day 1 i loved his highlight tape and his "to short to play" label) anywho, Logan def gives us the best chance to win this year and for all of his great plays yes he does have 1 or 2 boneheaded plays that leave me scratching my head and pissed as hell, but for all of his bad throws theres at least 1 or 2 drops too our WRs need to help him too and our O-line. Its easy to blame the QB when our O doesnt move, but this whole offense needs a little work... dont mean to be a negative nancy but its true i love our team but our offense is in transition
