Since Danny Coale is one of my all time favorite Hokies I thought I would make this my inaugural post. I think Danny is too sure handed (and always open) not to get picked up somewhere. I think the ravens could use a go to receiver since they got rid of Boldin.

You should still be able to adjust the video resolution on Youtube. It's the cog icon between the Watch Latter button and the full screen button in the lower right corner.

I have a similar set up on a desktop PC, Dell Dimension 2400 with a 2.8 GHz Pentium 4, maxed at 2GB ram, XP SP3, just the integrated graphics controller, and Broadcom 440x. I've found that videos do a little better if I watch them on Youtube instead of in the embedded links, but I still tend to save a lot of my video watching for my work pc or bring them up on my phone. (side note, you can get to a lot of youtube videos that can't be found on the android app's search/browse by clicking links in a web browser and choosing to open them in the app)

You can also try downloading the videos from youtube to your computer. There are several programs and Firefox extensions (probably for other browsers as well, but I mostly stick to Firefox) that will allow you to do this, but specific ones become more and less effective pretty often as Youtube makes changes to prevent people from downloading videos. In Firefox's add-ons search, if you search for video download and/or youtube download there are usually several options and you can also find stand alone programs on CNET's download.com

Edit: Here is another option that doesn't require installing add-ons or other programs:

The above link will take you straight to the most recent game, but you can post any youtube address into the bar at the top to download it.

But what if he wouldn't be a 4th round pick? I could see NFL Teams being wary of drafting a player who hasn't played a snap in over a year due to an injury. Sure the combine shows them a little bit of how recovered he is, but drills aren't the same as playing in a game and I have a feeling that he would be in late round/UDFA range at best without having come back and played well in several games.

Edit: Also, I don't think Darren Evans is the best example of someone leaving early and cashing in. Last time I checked he spent 2 years mostly on practice squads and only played in 3 games. Coming back wouldn't have guaranteed that he'd have been drafted, but I think it would have helped him to get more game film post injury so that NFL teams would have been more willing to use a late round pick on him.

Sam Rogers ate all the playbooks. That's why Stiney was demoted.

IF done correctly, it would be awesome (I've made a Cadet/HT-themed Teambuilder every year for my Xbox) but judging our recent design decisions, I'd prefer to let that sleeping dog lie.

That was the origin of "Our (terrible) marketing department says we don't need *obvious branding choice*" Weaverisms. It took the better part of five seasons to get back to a good looking end zone.

imo Fisher will start out at Free Safety, not Rover.

You're missing Reavis who will most likely begin his career at Rover

This XML document doesn't appear to have any style associated with it.

Judging by your description, I'd say that XML document needs to check itself. I think a cadet-themed uniform would be money.

Stream quality was poor for me but we successfully ran a RB screen you say?

...HALLELUJAH! I was just saying the other day that I've never seen a team more poorly execute a simple RB screen than our offense over the past 7 years. I would describe it as every d-lineman immediately in the QB's face as he backpedals as quickly as he can for about 10 yards and lobs a 15 foot high pass as the o-line has already whiffed or been beaten on their 2nd level blocks and the RB gets blown up. It was pretty rare for us to try to run it, but I'm seriously surprised that play never went for a pick 6 considering how inexplicably terrible our execution of it had been.

For some reason I thought he said the advisory board said he would be a 2nd round pick, but according to Google he never said what he was told. I get confused in my old age.

Anyway, my point still stands- the longer he waits, the less value he has to the NFL, and the longer he has to wait to get paid (think time value of money). Let's say he would be a 4th round pick after this season. He'd make the NFL minimum, get a signing bonus and would start his 4 year free agency clock. How much higher would he get if came back a 6th year and was a year older before going into the NFL? The difference in the money between a 3rd and 4th round pick isn't that significant (around $100k in the yearly salary if my math is right) and you have to wait a year for that money. Plus instead of hitting free agency at 27 he's hitting it at 28. He'd have to be a 2nd round pick or higher to justify passing on the move and if he wasn't a 2nd rounder when he was younger and didn't have an injury history it's unlikely he will be a 2nd round pick in 2015.

It really only makes sense to come back if he has no NFL future.
