Likely, this is more of a YouTube/ISP issue than a computer issue. YouTube, for whatever reason, no longer allows full buffering, even when paused. So few things that *could* help you:
-Check the speed of your ISP. If you have a slow internet connection, it really doesn't matter how good of a computer you got, videos are not going to work well. To check the speed of your connection, go here: http://www.speedtest.net/.
-Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser
-When you are viewing a video, either embedded (link on The Key Play) or on YouTube, right-click and click on Settings. Click on the little monitor tab (first one) and make sure Enable Hardware Acceleration is checked. Then click on the little folder tab (in the middle) and set Local Storage to Unlimited. After you this, click Close and restart your browser and see if it helps.
-In the same fashion as above, you can also change your Global Settings for Adobe Flash. When you are viewing a video, either embedded (link on The Key Play) or on YouTube, right-click and click on Global Settings. This will take you to the Adobe website where you can adjust the settings. Look to the left on the Abobe Page where it says "Settings Manager" and click on the link that says "Global Storage Settings panel". Set it to Unlimited. Next, look again to the "Settings Manager" on the left and now click on "Website Storage Settings panel". Set that to unlimited as well and/or scroll through the sites until you find youtube listed. Click on it and you can select just that site to unlimited. Once done with this, you can just close the page and it will/should save your settings.
-If that doesn't seem to help, go to http://www.youtube.com/html5 and switch from the standard Flash Video Player to the HTML5 video player by clicking on "Join the HTML5 Trial". Restart your browser and see if that helps. If not or if you don't like the HTML5 video player, you can go to the same address and click "Leave the HTML5 Trial".
-If that doesn't help, you can try this, although it's success seems to be very hit or miss. Go here: http://mitchribar.com/2013/02/how-to-stop-youtube-sucking-windows-guide/ and follow the instructions, which are fairly simple. Like I said, this may or may not help.
-If that doesn't help, you can always try pausing the video, changing to a different quality, which will allow the video to buffer, some, not a lot.
Hopefully one of these tricks will help you.
Edit: In my experience, if you are having trouble viewing videos, viewing GIFs will only be worst, unless the GIF is small and/or low quality.
It's not only Military Appreciation but White-Out. Hence white being a predominant color in the uniform, and the face mask on the helmet being white.
This is pretty much why I'm not really sad to see him go, I mean I am...but I'm not. (Cowboys fan here) ...I knew with that injury he'd never really get a fair shot, so I'd rather see him do GREAT somewhere else rather than rot and be under used.

The Head Football Coach is a very visible representative of every university that plays football. Bo Pelini has not represented the University of Nebraska well with his tirade of profanities. The man sounds like a drunken sailor in a bar fight. He is being paid a ridiculous amount of $ to do a tremendously difficult job, and part of that job is teaching his players how to behave like a man in the face of challenges and pressures. His lack of verbal self-control demonstrates emotional immaturity, not passionate competitiveness. Hard work demonstrates a passion to win.
Say what you want about HCFB's "coachspeak" the man knows how to represent the VPI&SU well and has been a treasure for our football program since day 1.

Hokie colored cat vomit comes to my mind when I see that uni....I'm all for military appreciation but why not leverage the VT's cadet heritage and have a football uni that looks like the cadet uniform....white pants, navy blue tops with black trip...numbers in white....white helmet with black face mask and a brass colored VPI emblem on the side that the cadets wear on their "service covers".

I think it went so far to the left because he saw the pressure coming from the right side and was trying to kick around it while still sneaking it just inside in the left upright. If he didn't push that one to the left, its a blocked FG instead of a Running into the Kicker Penalty.

Not a huge surprise to me. I'm only really surprised it took this long. Dallas is incredibly deep at receiver and Coale never really had a chance after breaking his foot last year. They fell in love with Cole Beasley and Danny became expendable. A team like my Steelers could really use him right about now though. Maybe he'll understand how to read a blitz and break off his route.
I understand being passionate, but Bo forgot rule numero uno in celebrity protocol. When speaking with any member of the press, no matter the setting, the tape/camera is ALWAYS rolling.
