I tend to agree...at this point run the table and get a signature BCS win. Who cares what ranking we get, we still (obviously) control our destiny in everything except the national championship game. If we do that then this team will replace 2004 as my favorite.

I have wanted them to play out the song for YEARS!! They would normally kill it right when the team ran out, it was kinda anticlimactic

French are you gonna show us how Bud ran the 46? I am interested in seeing your breakdown and analysis of it.

Benedict playing RT was pretty funny considering people were lamenting someone on here for saying that he should play tackle. He seemed alright til Miller got hurt then I could hear Grimes yell "LAWRENCE!" and then he played RG with the rest of the 1st team.

Speaking of coaches yelling for people, Moorhead called over Dadi and was going to put him in on third down, but Edmunds scored on 2nd down, so I'm guessing we will see that Dadi fade route sometime this year.

I just want Bama to Blow the doors of TAMU and everyone else they play...that will make us look much better

I feel more confident this year against GT because their D is horrible and our O is starting to look like it can consistently move the ball down the field....I think our advantage against everyone else we play is that we will have the better D and now with our O moving the ball and scoring points consistently we are much tougher for other teams to deal with.

I mean, this isn't a problem that's isolated simply at Lane Stadium...major college football programs all across the country are having the same problem. I was watching A&M play Sam Houston State last night and half of the A&M students left by halftime. I feel like A&M fans are on the same level as Hokie fans so it's a fair comp...kids these days aren't going to sit around and watch our football team pound a team into submission for three hours, especially when the team is unranked.

If we have the same problem against UNC, feel free to keep bitching because then that will actually be a problem.

It doesn't seem loud, it most definitely is loud. No matter how you record it on video its nothing like being at the stadium. It was superb. That sound system is boooming

I can totally understand why people left yesterday. One of the few times I can. I stayed the whole time, but I know I wouldn't be risking heatstroke or heat exhaustion and sun poisoning for Western freaking Carolina. Any other ACC game or good non-conf game? Totally worth it, but not for the BOTTOM FEEDERS OF THE FCS. Calm down people.

I left in the 4th qtr because I got heat exhaustion and I was sick to begin with going to the game. There was still a lot of people at the game. Like 61,000 for a game against WCU. We had more fans there to see VT-WC than there was fans at the UVa-Oregon game. And people have a right to gripe at the product that's on the field. I support all of our players and hope they do well in life after football, but if the football team is bad im definitely gonna call it like I see it and not make excuses for them. People make more excuses for Logan Thomas than I care to remember lol

Downvote me if you want, but it was hot as balls yesterday. Before you go chastising me for leaving early (my first game leaving early, been to every basketball game for 4 years especially the last two so don't question my fandom) I had about enough by halftime. LT3 had thrown 2 picks, we were up 21-0, etc. Believe me I'm all for staying for the whole game, but Western Carolina is a much different opponent than say, Clemson.

The town of Georgia pretty much outed them out to the rest of the people blind to this when the church and movie theatre both said the "who can stop clowney" signs were planted by ESPN.

Talked to one of the guys from panasonic and they said there was a complete power failure in the control room which is what caused the board to go out. Hopefully this is a one time thing and it will be good to go from here on out.
Otherwise it was pretty good debut for the board.

I don't wanna be ranked. Stay lean, stay mean, stay angry. That's when we play our best ball

dude, i was there, i watched the same game you did. if you wanna say we played them tough then i agree 1000%. but points is points and 25 aint close. yes, 3 busted plays for them resulted in 21 points, but 2 busted plays for us resulted in 10 points. this wasnt boise or fsu last year where one play changed the game and we were right there. long plays count too.

some of you guys already think were gonna beat Miami and gt. Id slow the train down just a little fellas. GT always presents problems with the triple option and we struggled a little when WC ran the triple option at times yesterday. And Miami well its gonna be a tough task trying to stop that offense with duke johnson
