Im still not sold on bonner lol it may just be me but that's how I feel. We played WC today, lets wait til we play Miami or unc or someone who can throw the ball before we decide Bonner is no longer a weakness. Because he struggled mightily last year

I doubt it. The only ranked team that lost (rather comically, I might add) was USCw. I think we'll see Miami ranked, but it'll take a few weeks of solid wins before we crack the top 25 again.

I believe he's also the nephew of Dennis Windmuller, a defensive back, who played in the '76 to '78 time frame. Not sure if he lettered in '76 though. Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago. He was happy-go-lucky stand-up guy as I remember.
I play Heisman. but if you do sliders on that mode it's impossible. if you leave it at 50 you will get used to it. But yeah I guess I never use it on goal line situations. I. never get good outside blocking even on AA. Maybe my game just doesn't like that play lol. I.usually get about 7 yards a play with the WR option/Read option. Or counter our of shotgun ace set.

Over the past 4 years, I've become more and more annoyed with our student section. Kids just don't know how to cheer properly at games. They're too concerned with paper airplanes and ripping on LT3. I had 2 freshmen in front of me give me crap for standing on their seat during Enter Sandman. With the two seats in front of them vacated (pssst. You step forward when you stand up and backwards when you sit down. That's how it goes). People spent way too much time just dicking around in the stands and didn't even bother making noise. I know it's WCU, but c'mon. We've got a reputation to uphold. Next time I see someone near me about to throw an airplane, I'm goin' all Dadi on their asses and smacking it out of their hand when they throw. Unacceptable.
STUDENTS: You're bringing some pretty weak crap into Lane so far this year. Step it up.
I have very similar thoughts for the receivers. None are athletic enough for the typical deep ball. It doesn't matter how good the QB is. The receivers have to be athletic enough to adjust to the ball and defense. To compensate for the current crop of VT receivers, I think Loeffler will have to find ways to get deep crossing routes open. Crossing routes are typically much easier for receivers to beat corners and to adjust to the ball. So, if Loeffler can find a way for the receivers to cross behind the safeties, maybe they can have some resemblance of a deep threat.
Immediately after Windmuller's punt was downed on the 1, I received a text from my dad that Windmuller's the son of the Corps' Regimental Commander my dad's Rat year ('76). Pretty cool.
