Personally, I love the fact that Rovell broke this story and it only amounts to a half game suspension. If Rovell's sources are so good, why did this investigation take as long as it did? He's a moron and I love the fact that his broken story amounts to just about nothing now.

Idea for a trick play: QB lines up under center. Center snaps the ball between QB's legs to RB. So its a direct snap to the RB, but really well disguised. I've always thought this idea had some merit. If someone with a high football IQ could humor me and tell me if this is stupid or not, I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, no brainer, but even still it's not that big. I haven't heard anything on what's going there but I'd imagine they have to put something, otherwise it is a bit disappointing.
I think the best part of this for us is that every single member of the media will be asking Alabama players about that. Probably won't distract them a lot because Saban is great at keeping his players focused, but it's still something that could help us.

I could be down with gray depending on how they do it. I know a lot of people didn't like them, but I really enjoyed the black jerseys against Boise as a one time thing. All maroon everything would be sweet, though.
