Not a beer drinker here, but I think it looks great!

More like D-Line intervention. But divine works, too.

To be a great coach, it takes courage to take that risk that will take your team to the next level. By the end of last year, it sounded like Frank and Shane had doubted themselves by redshirting Edmunds. Perhaps, a great RBs coach would have recognized Edmunds potential and would have made him the opening day starter. You are right, the jury is still out on Shane. But he has to prove himself with a greater resume before taking the reigns of an upper-tier college football program. I ask you, name one upper-tier program who you think would hire Shane right now. He may become a head coach someday, but he's at least 5-8 years off from establishing that resume.

Agreed. All I can say is:

Family Guy Ipecac

My sig says it all.

Always wondered when we'd see a Logan's Run reference since he took the helm (took so long to see it I forgot about it myself).

Turkey leg!

Thanks Bill. Love all of your videos. And a recap of the weeks highlights, pressers, etc. would be a great addition to the page.

Amazing video. I could sit here all day and watch that if it was available. Things that stood out to me:
1.)Love coach Beamer's demeanor. Much more involved than the myths we put out there. Relieving to finally see him outside of coachspeak mode. Comes off as a guy you would love to work or play for.
2.) Grimes is obviously a great coach. Very detailed and seems like he can be patient but firm with the guys. The video is limited on what we see out of all coaches but anyone can see he is a great one.
3.) Moorehead reminds me of someone with ADD...not in a bad way. Plenty of energy, wonder about his message being as thorough and clear as other coaches. Looks like he will be great. I can see him being someone who recruits love.
4.) Cornell is intense...looks like he could come in and blow up a lineman real quick
5.) Only complaint is no classic Bud Foster scenes
6.) Would love to see something like this more often with a better look at Torrian, Bud, and Loeffler

That's a tough question. I think at the offensive skill positions, Alabama is the better team. However, that USC offensive line is probably better than the current one for Alabama. The Tide lost a lot of the offensive line from last year. Defensively, it's probably a wash. That USC team had a nasty D.

As far as comparing the Hokies, it's interesting. '04 Bryan Randall and '13 Logan Thomas are very comparable. Both teams were loaded with secondary talent, but they were young. Receivers were also very young and untested on both teams.

As I was 13 and growing up in Blacksburg, everyone I knew thought we were going to get steamrolled. But then the game started and Eric Green absolutely wrecked Reggie Bush a few times, I think once he physically picked him up by his legs and body slammed him. Hyman scored...the PI call was atrocious as we all know but I remember us sorely missing X. Adibi as well. The climate leading up to the game, at least around me, was one of kind of nervous 'let's get this over with.'

Unless its a traditional (non-WR) screen to Sam Rogers, that play would obviously go for a touchdown.
