Plain and simple, Tech is going to have to play Beamerball to win this game. Special team play is going to be huge. I say Jarrett starts at PR for Alabama, and when we play smaller teams (i.e. the rest of our non-conference schedule) Jarrett does not return punts.
What if Tyrell Wilson was thrown at whip in running situations?
How about if Tech wins, we own the rights to AJ McCarron's girlfriend? That's fair enough.
We will beatbama!!!!
The closer we get to this game, the more I believe. #BEATBAMA
V=Fixed Wing, F=Fighter, A=Attack
My cousin, Marine Corps Huey gunship pilot, explained them to me a few months back while I was visiting Camp Pendleton.
EDIT: *sigh* should have continued scrolling through all the replies...
I like wangs.
The 1999 team that was 1 qtr away from a perfect season and a National Championship was mostly the product of the 1995-1998 recruiting classes.
1995-Avg. 2.6 stars including 2 stars Keion Carpenter, and Pierson Prioleau
1996-Avg. 2.9 stars including 2 stars Nick Sorenson and Shyrone Stith
1997-Avg. 3.0 stars including 2 star Andre Davis
1998-Avg. 2.9 stars including 2 stars Jake Grove and Anthony Davis
My point being the younger, maybe less heralded, guys will need to step up and seize the opportunity........
Yes indeed, good luck Tony and thank you.
So, moving Tariq to whip and playing Chase against 2TE sets, that would work best....no?
Love the spirit!
Maybe, maybe not. They moved Caleb there to get another big back. They might keep Mangus at RB to have another scatback.

Wang would hit the holes really hard
I'm wearing DJ's helmet in my profile pic! According to the practice report on HokieSports (Link Here) he looked good with the 2nd team D. Hopefully he can step his game up.
Trimble, a 6-foot-0, 215-pound redshirt sophomore, worked with the first team, but DiNardo, a redshirt junior, made the biggest play at the spot, intercepting a Mark Leal pass and returning it for what would have been a touchdown.
DiNardo has been a solid walk-on since coming to Tech. Hes able to back up several positions, and he contributes on special teams. He may end up with an even more important role this upcoming season.
He's like the white Terrence Cody.
Lets be honest, everyone knew that game wasn't going to be close. Safe bet.
It's going up in our gym!
Horse I can't thank you enough for sending me this! I fly my colors w pride everywhere I go. I'm going to have our a-10 pilots fly this on a combat mission and send it back after I hang it up in the gym also ill include joes beat bama shirt he sent. Told ya I had a special surprise for you guys. Thanks again man.
What happened to "Beamer Ball" putting the best athletes on special teams--don't I remember Lee Suggs blocking punts?!
12:59: Comment From Tyler
Are you hearing anything on who will replace Wisconsin in 2016?
12:59: I have. Not enough to report it, though. If its the team Ive heard about, youll all like it.
You're killing me, Andy. Not even a hint - conference? Rhymes with...?

Annnnnnnd now both of the links to hamptonroads.com in this thread send me to a page not found...
How long before Dadi Nicholas gets moved to TB?
That comment in the blog post cracked me up.
