I went to Centreville so I saw Ken Ekanem every friday. I also got to see JC Coleman in the state finals and Derrick Green in the state semis. I was not very impressed by Green when I saw him and I was shocked that he was named a five star prospect.
Lc bird vs thomas dale!
The best game this season is when stonewall jackson Manassas host Woodbridge. Dashawn hand, tim settle and va tech committ greg stroman!
Smaller group of punt returners VT had in warmups today: Kyshoen Jarret, Kyle Fuller, Kendall Fuller, Deon Newsome and Willie Byrn. #Hokies— Andy Bitter (@AndyBitterVT) August 13, 2013

It's a beautiful thing, getting to read a "Litany of LOLUVA Futility". Here's to hoping that Watford adds his name to the long and forgettable list of UVA QB's who never beat VT.
No downvote, but I think we all can agree that his play against bc last year was a key part of keeping the bowl streak alive. We had to win the game and it went to overtime; all six/seven of his points mattered. Yes he did us wrong at times with his prima donna (used properly) attitude but he also did some good for us.
Very interesting... I wonder why Frazier ever got to start in the first place? Lack of alternatives?
If you ever get a chance go and watch a Montana Grizzlies game in Mizzoula, MT. Went to the FCS national semi-final there in 09 cheering for the away team. The Grizzly fans were all very respectful of the visitors and love to buy your drinks! LSU fans are the same way. Very nice (as long as you're not a bama fan) and friendly with visiting fans.
NC State fans are, in my opinion, the worst football fans ever. I have never been singled-out at a VT away game like I was at Carter-Finley Stadium. I was cussed out and shoved out of my seat by some frat kids, a father, and a North Raleigh snob all for showing up in VT gear.
*Aside from that, they do not know when to cheer. They love to make the most noise when their own offense is trying to run a play. smh
Glad we're a football school for many reasons #beatbama
... and if bama's punter gives us 14 points we'll be pretty good too. I hope he does.
Not to be overly pessimistic and salty, but as if our basketball season wasn't screwed enough as it is....
Love the STICK IT IN chant at the 3 min mark.
aTm in the hurricane was 2003 I believe (my Rat year in the Corps)
Thank you sir
I'll have a story about the receivers in Wednesday's paper and receivers coach Aaron Moorhead's disdain for drops. Stanford said that's not the only thing that bugs him.
"He gets angry about everything," Stanford said. "Wrong alignment, theyre very particular about yards and being six yards from the hash or five yards. Hell be angry if youre off end and youre split. That type of stuff. He stresses consistency at all phases of football -- catching, lining up, running routes, knowing what to do, all your reads. And thats what we need to do as football players."
Man. If Moorehead keeps it up, he's gonna be Torrian Gray of the receivers. I don't think I have heard Kevin Sherman being this intense.
I LOVE OUR NEW COACHES!
Whichever team has the ball is on offense. It just so happens that our defense enjoys playing both ways.
Didn't know that Motley was 6'4". Wonder how much an inch makes a difference between Ford and Motley, assuming they compete with Leal and Bucky for the starting spot next fall.
Buckys throwing motion makes me shudder
Probably not the best ever, I think those have been well documented here.
But here are a couple more good ones...
2004 - Maryland 55-6 (41-3 at the half) - 5 Forced turnovers (1 for TD), Rushing yards: 239-56
2005 - Georgia Tech 51-7 - 2 INTs returned for TD
OLB is essentially the end position in the 3-4...and Deangelo can be lock down and I would say has got better with age...he was lockdown for the skins last year in an otherwise abysmal secondary. Plus he took a pay cut cause he likes playing in Washington...he the man
I didn't think that before but I almost freaked out thinking this was a real thing!

Just a matter of time before its Sept 7 and the Hokies come out to Enter Sandman with a 1-0 record and 66233* screaming Hokie fans losing their minds.
