Ha Ha....I took my then girlfriend, now wife to a game a few years back but warned her to layer everything that she had warm. She was fine, but said there was a poor girl that she had to console in the women's bathroom in the 3rd QTR that was unprepared: the poor girl wasn't warned and wore a nice outfit and a thin jacket. My wife said that she was shivering and crying and Lane had run out of hot chocolate.
Hopefully we nab his teammate, Raymon Minor so he, along with Charley Meyer (Benedictine grad), can start getting on this guy early and get him to come play for the good guys!

I'm also speculating that since the physical tickets have been sent out, more people will try to sell them on the open market, further driving the price down.

I'm in section 349. But hey, I got tickets, that's all that counts. It's pretty much mid-field but I'm up super high. I've sat close to there before and it wasn't all too bad.
That rain was pretty frigid for early September though. I stuck it out. I told my girlfriend to wait in the concourse if she didn't like it. She understood and weathered it - which is why I love her.

I've been keeping an eye on stubhub, and the # of tickets and the dropping of prices suggest that the market may not be there. Maybe 'Bama fans aren't buying them up. Why pay $300 dollars for a game against an unranked team expected to lose by 17-21 pts when there are much better games on their schedule, both at home and drivable distances away. But, I think the VT fans (general fans, not the TKP diehards) have a very negative view of the game and will not spend $300 to watch their team get pummeled. I'm not so sure the game tix will sell. We'll see.
