His issue isn't eligibility for college. It's his eligibility to play high school football in Oklahoma this year because it would technically be his 5th year after his family had to move due to his mother's health problems.
I'm actually traveling to Alabama for work two separate weeks this summer, actually both pretty close to Tuscaloosa. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to get a shirt in time. But I was thinking about just saying BEATBAMA to everyone when ending conversation, even if they don't start with "Roll Tide".
Park had his Bama visit yesterday (I think it was a camp or something). So hopefully he decides soon. I think DC is out, and when I read that some coaches having issues with next years eligibility, I instantly figured one was CFB.
Anyway, I like Park too. Hopefully he makes his decision soon. he has to believe he has more of a chance starting at QB at VT by his sophmore or junior year, versus playing at Bama.

This is incredibly well done. For some reason, when I mouse over the up arrow here, I don't get the cursor converted to a finger. I may have upvoted this four or five times already, or I can't upvote it at all. First time I've seen this happen, as I've upvoted many things.

# | Bitter blog - A closer look at the proposed sites for VT's indoor practice facility Some of those trees are nearly 100 years old and host to a few rare species of birds that don't have much habitat left. In addition, the older a tree becomes, the more CO2 it draws from the air and converts to carbon for growth. It would require planting a large amount of new trees to balance out the carbon footprint of removing the old ones. Also, we are part of Tree Campus USA, which means we have made a conscious effort to prove that we care about this sort of thing. Yes we need an indoor practice facility, but not at the expense of campus woods, IMO.
Now is a good time, if we can get someone down to the Rotunda....it's alumni weekend on the lawn (or as I refer to it CAMPUS).

Theres a reason all the 757 guys are hosted by JC when they come. He's done a lot and continues to do so, his value to VT extends well off the field not to mention he's a stand up guy with a great family.

It seems to me that each team's main rival should be the cross-over opponent. You play every year and if you are both good that year, you get the added bonus of playing them in the championship game.
JC did his fair share of recruiting, including shaving a VT into the side of his head for camps.
I love this kid already. I can't remember anyone else in the past who has done more (or even as much) to hype us. Anyone?

I hope so. I really like Park. I think his advantage is that he's a little more mobile than Cornwell, and until Grimey fills up his stables with big uglies who can make it easy for a QB, that can really help.
Wish I can +2 this, because I strongly feel the same way. Regardless of whether or not he brings in Brown, this kid has a lot of potential and if Moorehead is getting a kid with a chip on his shoulder, wanting to show the world how good he can be then he fits the VT mold perfectly.
