As a Patriots fan, the DW4 one is so true. I was so mad when they drafted him (and then Hosley) and told all my friends I couldn't root for him anymore. That all changed that opening Thursday - it was like he was wearing o&m again and I couldn't help but cheer him on.

Definitely spring game and possibly the open scrimmage. I can usually see them at work if there isn't much else going on.

In all fairness it was actually the designers/stagers that made the rec. my realtor's a fellow Hokie. I told him I'd rather not sell to a dirty Hoo anyway.

Not saying you have a bad idea there, but wouldn't that be construed as discrimination? ;P

+1 for Cool Ranch DLTs

I think his playing weight was somewhere around 185 or so. He'll get back up there during the summer.

You're trying to sell your house and your realtor tells you to "remove the Hokie stone, VT lawn gnome, and VT flag from the front of your house" because "rivalries run deep here (Northern VA)"

Going along with what Joe said, you complain about how you have to pay for people stealing silverware from the dining halls but you do it yourself.

Your laundry consists of maroon and orange loads.
Your friends visit and leave wanting to transfer.
^ Mostly because of West End ^
You didn't want DW4 to leave but rooted for him in the NFL (no matter what the team playing was)

I'll post more as they come.

Let's be honest, Brown was terrible in ALL facets of the game. No help in any way, shape, or form. Thank God Almighty, we are free at last. Don't think JJ is the guy, but losing Brown can only help. Fire Weaver, get a real AD that has only an inkling of intelligence, and we might finish above last in the conference.

I sure hope it's not a typo. The next time I hear someone whine about the OLine needing time to mesh while each man is getting soundly beat by the man across from him, I'm gonna smack somebody.

I live really close to the stadium. I'll try to get as many looks as possible from the hill on top of Stadium Woods if they're not practicing inside.

The first open scrimmage is also the date of our next jr day if you can make it get out there

Often times we missed on the tourney because of who we lost to rather than who we beat. Same thing happened to loluva thus year, beat duke but lose to teams like bc and Clemson late in the season. That gets you left out of the dance.

As far as personality, many former players are finally starting to come back into town because Greenberg is finally gone if that says anything. Greenberg consustantly had great staffs that bailed on him because he is such an ass to them.

JJ is left because of Seth but is back because he is who we could get and he helped recruit a lot if these guys on the roster. He was handed a situation similar to womens coach, Dennis Wolfe, and hopefully has the same progress. Land the players you want, coach your style and be successful, that is all the fanbase ask for.

- Something VT related is on your car
- You watch youtube videos of highlights/enter sandman at least once a week
- You use your social networks to talk about the Hokies to the point that non-Hokies get pissed off
- The drunker you get, the more you want to talk about the Hokies

You know you're a Hokie if...

Cavman gets thrown off his horse, and you think "Man, that horse is smarter than I thought!"

Studies prove that assistant coaches with beards, are more effective than assistant coaches without beards.

No, It's basically like a warehouse in there. I'm sure they could be easily raised though, it sounds awful in there when it rains.

So glad my Guard unit pushed up April's drill a weekend. Now I can attend the Spring Game!

That sucks, was hoping to get as many looks as I could at the new offense. I'll be at both of the open scrimmages.

This pretty much confirms for me that James Gayle reported to camp much heavier than he should have. I expect him to have a dominant spring in very small doses, as the staff will likely give him very little live work.
