I don't think the lack of hokiestone is that big of a deal, but I'm running XP with Firefox 19.0.2. I'm sure the problem is with my monitor ratio. Also, I'm an idiot, but I haven't been able to figure out yet how to post the pic of my screen grab.

That just happens to be how many pixels are on your screen.

Our last 14 points were on defensive TDs, the only times we scored in the 4th.

I think THIS is what I miss the most about our Big East days, the multitude of non-offensive scores...

Pretty sure that you can only purchase them if you are a student, but all you'd have to do is find a student to buy one from. You don't need to be a student to use them.

I was following these via Twitter throughout the day and it seemed like every hour there was another report of another offer. What does it say about where we stand with the guys we have been recruiting in-state for the last couple of years? Here are my notes.

He's visiting Ohio State.

Tech amplified their recruitment back in December (via http://insider.espn.go.com/blog/colleges/osu/post/_/id/6119/interest-is-...)

"Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, North Carolina, Penn State, Maryland and a few others," Sam Mustipher said when asked what schools have shown interest via coaching visits this month.

It sounds like he won't make a decision for a while (via http://articles.baltimoresun.com/2013-02-21/sports/bal-insidemdsports-4s..., date 2/21/13)

"I haven't started to think about college much at all," Mustipher said. "I'll sit down in the summer time when I have free time. In the summer time, all I do is work out with the team and spend time with my friends. Then I'll start to think about top schools."

Jesse Aniebonam

Ian Bunting

Can't find anything about Lalen McCain

I usually hate formatting changes to websites (like HokieSports and facebook), but I dig this one. Especially the new mobile-friendly features!

Yes. That might have something to do with it. The HokieStone only shows up outside of the content margins. Since the ratio on a 4:3 display is closer to 1, there's a chance of less "empty" horizontal space that's being filled by the HokieStone. Honestly, if people are having issues. What would help the most are screen grabs and version numbers + operating systems. I checked Safari 6 on my Mac and everything worked as expected.

What about a ticket exchange forum? Seems like a much more straight forward solution. Messaging is something I can add in, but there's much better ways to take a conversation "offline".

That's what I keep hearing about RG3 as well. James Andrews may be on to something with this whole stem cell thing...

let's hope that he'll be ready to shut down Amari Cooper

Joe can correct me if I'm wrong, but its probably because you're using a 4:3 ratio monitor instead of a 16:9. I saw the background at work but not at home, and that's the major difference in my two computers.

Nice.

Even if the Hokies don't get these players, It's better to offer. Improves familiarity with the staff in that school, opening doors for future players. It's better to compete and lose for a recruit, than to not even show up.
