# | Mel Kiper calls Logan Thomas the most disappointing player so far this season. Don't forget about Bucky Hodges... I'm not sure Leal has too much going for him except experience. We might be looking at a two quarterback system if Logan packs for the NFL.
Regardless of how poor CU's defense is, truth be known is that most any team not named FSU is going to have a hard time matching points with their offense. Let's hope we have shored up our defensive miscues by the time we march to Death Valley.

Many believe that the longer he hangs at VT, the more damage he could do. I for one hopes he does stay, but if he's a projected 1st rounder, then let's hope Leal is game come next year.

# | Mel Kiper calls Logan Thomas the most disappointing player so far this season. The problems that Logan has had this year will kill him with draft evaluators. His visual recognition is a big problem, and despite his athleticism, he moves slowly in the pocket. He has a quicker release than Tyrod, but it still is very slow by NFL standards. He would be a project, but the tools are there. Bare minimum, he should be a Byron Leftwich at his best type of QB, and there is no shame in that.
I think that his regression since spring ball is my biggest concern. His delivery right now is nothing like it was in spring ball (which was immediately after he worked with George Whitfield on spring break.) In spring ball, he had a very short wind up, ear to release. Now he is winding up, and his release his slow despite much more motion. Some throws, he looks like Mitch "Wild Thing" Williams" on his sloppy follow through where he fell all over the place.

Cincy - VT has only covered the spread once in 4 games. Vegas knows how to set a line but I bet more than any other team in College Football, The Hokies have frustrated Vegas Odds-makers.
MSU, I like them to win outright. I think in this game that will feature little to no offense, the running game wins out

'Twould be pretty awesome. I agree. But if it's a crucial play and he does it, I will yell. Quite loudly and obscenely. And if he does it more than once and gets flagged multiple times, he will quickly go from "promising talent" to "spoiled show-off."
If and only if Logan has a good pocket to throw from. Did you see how quickly Cincy collapsed the pocket in those videos? ONE-AND-A-HALF SECONDS IN ONE OF THEM. That's insane. Let's hope our O-Line gets provides a little better barrier than NCSU's did...
