Looks like I was a year early predicting the Canes would be back. They certainly are back now and absolutely right where they belong. I may have to get some Photoshop in order to properly showcase Sebastian.

HD's chat today somebody asked if DW would break RMFW's single season record...I thought there could be something to that. If the O-line really has improved, our slack schedule, one man show, stays healthy, etc...

Lots of ifs but within the realm of possibilities for sure.

Thoughts?

No that's it... I'll sleep well tonight.... haha

Da U showin' it's $EC material after all.

so well.

I have never seen so many heads down at a football game! Between that, the costumes in general and the guy in the gorilla mask, this picture screams of fans afraid to be seen at UVA games!!

From the big bang theory tv show. I believe all of the characters dressed up like it was Comic Con.

and had my head bitten off for it, that we definitely over estimate our home field advantage.

'10 ...............not even gonna say it.

2011 gives me reservations about Clemson given their new quicker offense and our lack of depth at D-line with Andre Ellington running the ball. I still worry about our ability to stop the rush and on-field communication between our defense.

I say Davis pushes or even overtakes Coale. It will be close. To me it seems as if Logan and Davis have a good connection. Also, Davis will see a lot more snaps early in the season as Coale and Boykin sit out some 4th quarters. With that said, I see Boykin 24%, Coale 17%, Davis 17%, Roberts 7%. An interesting question is how much will DW be a factor in the passing game? I expect a higher than normal percentage going to the RB this season.

As cool and as tempting as a super conference sounds, I don't believe that the conferences honestly want that. That would limit their control in football, and would hurt themselves in basketball. Getting 7 of 12 in the big dance means more than getting 8 of 16. Splitting the country into 4 conferences hurts them in the overall scheme, and would effectively even the playing field with the smaller conferences.

As it stands now (and I know it most likely won't stay this way....) but there are 10 open slots for the BCS. With only 2 allowed from each conf, that means they don't fill all 10, and could even miss out on some of the remaining spots. Heck, the ACC and Big East have had tough times filling 1 spot some years.

thought he's Canadian, so it's a double whammy!

The OL never gave Glennon the time he needed.

We would not be scrambling to sell extra tickets...

I don't understand how we could have empty seats in the stadium.... Seems like something could easily be worked out to let students in late if ticket were not sold...

Nick went to the same little high school (King William) as I did and I must admit that I have been excited to see only the second player from my HS to ever play D-I football, but I am not surprised by his lack of success. I saw him play a couple of times and didn't think he dominated the lesser single-A competition like you would expect from a kid that big. Also, my dad, who rarely missed games, would constantly tell me he couldn't understand why Nick got tons of accolades for a few great plays while the 5'10, 200 lb chunky kid playing DT beside him was far more consistent and disruptive.

I am hoping the problem is he has been at the wrong position all this time. It would be nice to see him perform at the level his size suggests.
