When Dad got his season tickets in the mail this year he called me and asked 'OK which game do you want this season?'...wait a second...game? singular? So I pulled up the schedule and said 'Well Dad, if I have to choose one, I'll choose the GT game." (and FYI I've been arguing with people ALL week that WE Are 'Tech' and my neighbors - TN fans - now know that I HATE it when you call our mascot a Turkey and/or call us 'VaaaaaaTech'). Needless to say I've been to other games but this is the one game I've been looking forward to ALL YEAR. I'm so excited I can't hardly focus at work and I too have had too much coffee. Bad.Idea.

Alabama - but it'll be close. Having said that, LSU is the LUCKIEST team in the NCAA so you never know.

In 9 weeks I think there have been 53 games (I missed one week and one had only 5 picks) so Joe would be around 33-20. Assuming he went 3-3 each week from here out (4 more weeks, 24 games) he would finish 45-32 or 58%. He'll probably do better though. I believe I am 25-22. I need to go 20-4 (5-1 each week) just to tie if he goes 12-12. I don't think I can get there. Maybe you can. He probably has a 3 game lead on you.

Utah - Really, I have no idea what's going to happen this game. But I think Utah is too big of an underdog at home.

Well, week 8, I went 1-5, and week 9, I went 2-4. That's as much improvement as the Tiger O has seen over the past few weeks, maybe they're correlated.
With all the talent they bring in and all their resources at their disposal they should never fall out of the top 25, let alone miss a bowl game. At 4-5 there's no chance in hell they go bowling with Utah, Army and @USC remaining on the schedule.
I love watching the carnage.
