There is buzz about Clemson ,free shoes university, Washington and Oregon getting invites to the big1g. The ACC will be officially a dumpster fire without these 2 in football.

Goals:
1. Keep the game moving (pace of play, reduce the number of plays per game).
2. Ensure consistency in officiating the game clock.
A fun though exercise I stole from Reddit (no shame).

As a reminder, our schedule looks as follows
Home vs ODU
Home vs Purdue
Away at Rutgers
Away at Marshall
Home vs Pitt
Away at Florida State
Obviously, it depends on how well the rest of the teams on our schedule do, but I would estimate that 6-0 VT with a win at FSU would be in the top 15- maybe 13ish.
Hokies are #33 in list. Can't say I like or get the design for us (supposed to be a Turkey head???), although the subtle feather pattern in the maroon base is slick. Jayhawks and Trojans are probably the best, Baylor not bad. GT the most interesting from the ACC. TCU Horned Frogs is kinda cooI, but don't think many of the raised designs would pass muster for wear or safety. What do y'all think?

NCAA.com reporting that over the last 3 years, Tennessee has commited 18 Level I violations, encompassing over 200 individual infractions, involving recruiting rules violations and direct payments to prospects, current players, and families.
Additionally, there are four more level 1 unethical conduct violations involving former employees of impermissable inducements and benefits totaling about $60,000

This shouldn't be a surprise after looking what his future is a better fit for. He has been very limited in spring and summer football. Has played well during UVA World Series run. Will likely be high draft pick if he stays with it. But this really hurts UVA football.
Was the front runner after last season to take over the starting job from Armstrong. Now it's transfer from Monmouth with backups of true freshmen and 2 redshirt freshmen

This might be the only instance in recent history that a coach actually gets a meaningful punishment. Due to a player's parents being given BS jobs with a local organization, LSU played 3 years with an ineligible player and thus vacated all wins from 2012-2015. Might have only been caught because the director of the organization was caught misusing $800k of organizational funds.
