Yay! Season opener time change
The season opener against William & Mary is no longer a nooner. The game has been pushed back to 4pm!
Virginia Tech's football season has been pushed back 4 hours, but I'll definitely take it.
This may or may not be Whit's doing, but I'll just assume he's being awesome yet again!

How long before an 8 team playoff??
Not sure if this has already been posted a long time ago or not but was wondering what everyone's thoughts were on how long it would take to increase the playoff size to an 8 team playoff. And then the possibility of a 16 team playoff? I don't think the 16 team playoff will ever happen but there could be an argument made for it and the top 16 teams doesn't seem too ridiculous to me.

ACC Meetings / New Jerseys...
With the ACC Meetings coming up, don't the players normally wear jerseys for photo ops, etc? Will we see our 2014 Jerseys by the end of this week? unveiled at ACC meetings? Players will just wear old jerseys until Tech/Nike are ready?
I thought i had heard change was coming, but maybe that won't be until 2015 since it's already mid-July and nothing has leaked...

Michael Brewer hasnt even played a down yet for Virginia Tech but he has already picked up a cool nickname from Mook Reynolds: Vanilla Vick. If Vanilla Vick has as good a season as Mike Vick , the Hokies can get back to elite level.

At first glance, I thought it looked like a Georgia O'Keefe painting in that it makes the football look like a certain part of a woman's anatomy, but my mind has always tended to lean towards the sophomoric.
