That's my thing...if they are gonna make the move, it'll look real bad IMO to do it after ESD to retain 'croots. Besides, doing it after ESD wouldn't necessarily keep said croots, would it? Couldn't they just hit the portal?

Yep, I think a deal in principal has been worked out with someone. Fu fired tomorrow morning, as soon as the buyout drops. Deal is inked with new guy. Presser to introduce new coach and retain recruits.

If we're handing out TD's, why stop there? If you add 2 TD's to every game this year, we're 9-2, and maybe a top 10 team!
I would argue that is an indictment of the coaching staff as well. It shouldn't take an embarrassing loss one week to get fired up for the next game. Keep them fired up for every game!

Yep, if Fuente stays, and there is not a big time shake-up announced, I will sit at my computer silently shaking my fist in disapproval.
I give the defense the benefit of the doubt with covid...but the offensive coaches have no excuses
