The real question is: Will the wins we have already so far this year during our tournament run, be wiped from the record-books? I guess it depends on how long the staff knew about this, and if they still allowed him to play.

# | Thamel on Williams: "appears close to an inevitability he'll return to [Texas A&M]" My worry for the future with this whole deal is that the program isn't ready to handle a major mix up. I feel like the program is at a very pivotal point. One the one hand, if Buzz were here a few more years, I could see us making leaps and bounds and being a steady contender, and having sustained success that we could handle a coaching transition.
I feel like right now, the success of the program is still in its infancy and not yet to a point where we can endure a coaching change and expect continued success, unless the perfect hire is made....I, ever the pessimist, think we're back to a below average ACC team for a few more years.
Maybe I'm wrong, hopefully I'm wrong.
