Indiana going full throttle on Indiana State tonight. 52-0 after first drive of second half
Imagine Rahne deliberately throwing the game to help Pry win and save his job.
But Pry and Co are so bad that we also legitimately can't score.
Whew that would be rough to watch. Talk about race to the bottom.
Wrong thread
Ricky Rahne's thinks he has enough clout to throw the game so that Pry keeps his job, similar to Bobby Bowden letting his son beat him.
I agree that the 3 center backs seems to be the better option. Since we usually have at least one or both of our left/right backs push forward, 3 CBs gives a better defensive presence. I would really like to see us call in all of our "main" players, adding Weah, Reyna and MxKennie to this last group to see what we really have. We have the opportunity to be good, but time is running out..
he's not even listed on the leg board anymore
he's been gone since before the season
Chris Coleman has been dropping the heat this week on Whit and Pry, both in the pods and their behind paywall posts and articles. Can tell this has really been bottled up for a while and the floodgates just finally opened after Saturday. Sounds like he was never truly onboard with the Pry hire and has wanted Whit out for a while listening to the pods, based on things he has been constantly hearing behind the scenes. It's like as bad as we thought things might be just from an outsider perspective, seems like our worst nightmares have come true and it's just as bad or worse than thought. Awful predicament to be in, and I agree with CC in the pod where he basically says it's rises to negligence with how the whole situation has been handled. People just hoping things magically click so they don't have to make a difficult decision about anything and coast into the sunset.
There's also a non-paywall thread on this same exact subject over on 247. Mehul just replies to the OP, who said CC says big changes coming buckle up, and simply says "I'm in Blacksburg now. Go Hokies." That said a lot without saying anything.
Whit and Pry will both be gone soon, according to sauces I have in the BoV and Hokie Club.
Oregon/Northwestern and BC/Stanford are conference games, smh
Won't be watching, but I'm interested in the outcome of the USCe vs Vanderbilt game. I think Vandy pulls it off.
Oh shoot
The Vandy game must have been the final straw.
He probably deleted his account cause we're trash and can't play the baller industrial complex the right way
We play ODU at 7pm on ACC Network this Saturday
So you may be able to tune in if you dare!
As a VT/ODU fan, I can get behind this idea
What? Huh, I haven't seen him in a while but I never saw anything worth banning.
Why hate? He may be Whit's next hire (if he's allowed to stay around).
I didn't even realize he was gone. Clicked on his name and saw nothing!
Glad I wasn't the only one that thought that statement seemed a bit forward and provoking.
Maybe(?), but I can't think of a time when his content wasn't on point.
There's been smoke for a while here on this topic. Maybe the BoV has been a TKP visitor lurking to gather perspective
Ricky Rhane is consumed with wondering why DCWilson has been erased from TKP and put in the witness protection program.
Ricky Rhane is offering Pry a spot on his coaching staff next year
Urban - ever the psychopath - wanted to go out on his own terms, without tarnishing his image as an amazing football coach. Saying "I have a heart problem stopping me from coaching" is way different than "I've lost control of this team/program and I'm not the person for the job"
Like I said, only two coaches have ever done it in the modern era at a P5 program, and both left their program in a worse off spot.
On one hand, I see that the university over the last 10 years had increased donations by 2.5 X while the athletic department has only increased gifts by 80%. On the other hand, it seems that like of the "best" athletic departments are separate from the parent university.

Syracuse seems to have taken those post game sprints last week seriously. Smacking Colgate around 38-3 right before halftime
