Mackie commits to Clemson
Of course the one spring time wedding I have to attend is this weekend......
"supposed to be"
It is going to be interesting, I am supposed to be at a wedding in the Hahn Gardens at 3...
Thanks
Will be there. My first Spring Game ever. Very excited.
Wow that really puts a damper on the festivities! Most of the lots near the stadium were cleared out 7 or so years ago and we'd normally snag a couple spots in Lots 1 or 2 starting at 8-9 am.
Where to park:
11 AM
-Duck Pond Drive Lot / The Cage
-Lot 8 / Litton-Reaves
-Lot 5 / Chicken Hill
-Perry Street Garage
-North End Center Garage (paid parking)
Noon
-Lot 2 / Stadium
-Lot 3 is reserved for ADA parking
-Lot 4 Track/Soccer is reserved for other events all day
shoutout to Sergeant Darryl Johnson for the info.
I was there for that and it was SAAAAHWWWEEEEEEEET!
Huntsville, of all places.....a famously liberal bubble in a sea of red
My money is on the team with the helmets and pads
Are we favored to win?

26 years ago, would be 161st straight year now.
HUNTSVILLE, AL–For the 135th straight year since Gen. Robert E. Lee's surrender at Appomattox, representatives for the South announced Monday that the region has postponed plans to rise again.
"Make no mistake, the South shall rise again," said Knox Pritchard, president of the Huntsville-based Alliance Of Confederate States. "But we're just not quite ready to do it now. Hopefully, we'll be able to rise again real soon, maybe even in 2001."

HOKIES!!!
I'm clearly not fully tapped in with how they've expanded! I know they used to target college areas, but I guess they've done well enough to branch out more.
what a world we live in, eh?
I'll be there with my family and our son's best friend's family. In-laws just moved to the Burg so we'll be staying/parking there and walking to the game. Looking forward to showing our friends around our old stomping grounds
I expect the game to be pretty vanilla (as they always are) and I don't think anyone will take much away from it
I haven't thought about VT football in a couple months - I think we have a tougher schedule this year than years past but I'm hopeful that JMFF will be able to eke out 7+ wins in year 1. I doubt very seriously if we'll see any indicators of whether or not we're on pace for that target during the spring game. We shall see.

I've missed a defense with the ability to successfully play defense.
