Yeah. It's pretty clear that LSU isn't a top ten team, but after a few weeks they may still be worth top 25. Wisconsin jumping that much for beating them is pretty ridiculous but massive shuffling between now and October should be expected.
Unfortunately I agree. I think this weekend we'll see if he has improved or not.
That whole haircut excuse for last year was just... weird. When a rb 30 plus lbs lighter than you leads through the hole and takes you out of the play face to face, your hair is not the issue.
I almost thought Bud was calling him an eraser in terms of him bringing down runners who had broken tackles, since he was so rarely in position to make first contact.
It's going to be a long season if offenses can abuse him like they did last year.

they are literally overrated every single year. It's impressive. USC and ND are consistently overrated year in and year out

So my advice- if Tech wins, get in a few jabs and make 'em count-- just nothing below the belt, ....
I'd keep my mouth shut to ensure that in the future I could in fact get below the belt.
I disagree, USCw wasn't a "tad" overrated. They didn't belong ranked at all.

Good article. Wiggins seems very quotable. If anyone is interested in seeing some good film of Evans and his team at Texas Valley CC, I posted a youtube link last week. It was my contention Evan's team last year was every bit as fast as us, just not as big. Search youtube TVCC 2015 highlights. If Derrick Willies is #8, yes, indeed, I'd say he has what Ford has and maybe even a little more in the speed department. I would like to have seen him here.
if you have the OLine our defenses have shown we can be pounded into submission. Miami and Pittsburgh have done it too us over the last several years.

Moto looked about the same to me. He did make one of the best open field tackles I've ever seen him make to his credit on their QB, which would have been a huge gain if he had missed it. Our MLB only having 2 solo tackles and 7 overall is on the low side especially with how much liberty ran.
Can someone explain how Washington and Iowa are ranked???

When I saw that play I looked up his JUCO highlights, and found he was a record holder in the 100 yd dash in Arkansas. The highlights were impressive as well. He is definitely someone who can help us, and we honestly need some speed at wideout. We have some great receivers, but no burners. If Murphy can make an impact and the running game gets going, we might have something.

I flew in from San Francisco Sept 1st and a lady on my plane said she was coming for battle at bristol, she lives in Ohio but was a Florida gator fan. She said she was here to PARTY and looked the part. Being from Church Hill/ Kingsport area I was surprised she thought the party was gonna start so early. But being from this area we avoid race weekends. I bet she's been bored.
I looked at my tickets today EE lot doesn't open till 7am. I live 30 minutes from the track so I have no clue when I should head down there. If anybody needs any other info on timing of events or parking etc I'll do my best to answer.
Okay, need some help. Have had some life madness going on, and didn't know if I was actually even going to be able to make it to the game...until niow. So here's my question: What does everyone recommend at this late stage for a place to park the car to leave it overnight? Don't have access to my camping gear, so plan is to just lay the seats flat and crash out in the back of the SUV. Really needs to be walkable from the track stadium (officially what I'm calling it). Thoughts?
Side note: Do not yet have tickets secured, however, have inquired about a couple I am supposed to hear back about by tomorrow night. If anybody roaming this thread has any, let me know. Would need 2.
100% agreed. I think ND isn't as good this year as they were last year, and think that Texas is way better this year than last, but that game didn't convince me that ND was particularly unworthy of being top 15, just that Texas probably deserved to be there too.
