No, they play in the Nationwide Arena in Columbus. OSU basketball and hockey play at the Value City Arena

Columbus has a hockey team, right? Do they play in this arena?
I think once we get rolling, Cassell might actually be borderline too small for what we'll need. I think, with renovation, we could grow it to a comfortable (yes, seats that don't make me think economy class in airline travel is roomy would be a good start) 11.5k and be right in our sweet spot.
But for your original question, yes, I think Cassell looks too small. Is it too small, no, but because of the wonky perspective in there, it has the look of an arena half its size.
Wow Joe...I'm speechless! I can't say how much I appreciate your offer, it really means a lot to me and shows once again just how much of a family Hokie Nation is! If there is still time, my paypal email is soccerdude[at]sjnz[dot]us ... thanks a BUNCH Joe, you da man!!!! I'll definitely be posting about the experience tonight. This Is Home!!!
JC Coleman putting up some "should have invited me to the combine numbers"
40: 4.44s
Vert: 37"
20 yd shuttle: 4.20s (would have been 2nd best time at combine)
edit: Unfortunately, Fuller not running drills it looks like. I assume he still intends to put on a private workout for scouts as he has stated previously if he couldn't go at the Combine or today.

It's a suspended catwalk to access the lights and other mechanicals of the building. Cassell will never have a suspended without a new roof/truss system. The laminated wooden arches wouldn't be able to support the weight of a suspended scoreboard.
But how can you tell, Manny always intercepted my throws to the infield. OH MANNY
The potential of BHS students is through the roof
you throw like a girl!
Creighton's home arena is used as Omaha's premier indoor venue.
Ohio State's used to be the main event center in Columbus until Nationwide Arena was opened. There's still plenty of big events going on at OSU's facility though.
From what I understand, BYU holds weekly devotionals and forums, so it gets used by the student body frequently. That's pretty typical of religious institutions.
South Carolina's is used for big events too - it's the largest arena in the state according to Wikipedia.
FSU has the largest arena capacity in the Florida Panhandle, so it definitely pulls from the region for big events. It was also financed by the City of Tallahassee.
Nothing is BAE to me. Im not 14-17 with a hormone surge anymore!
Yeah, it's beautiful.
I like Cassell and I hope we renovate it, but if someone wants to build a new arena like JPJ, NCSU, GT or Clemson, I won't complain.
Now with two different threads talking about this what are y'all to do in voting!!! Split the vote.
Do you think Cassell looks too small? I'm a proponent of cutting seats, those upper corners are terrible seats that are hardly filled, I would prefer we cut the top 20 rows off around he stadium and build boxes that brings the scale of that volume down. Reduce capacity down to the point where it is full on off-nights and hard to get tix on ACC nights.
Boone is legitimately freakin' schweet! Second only in my heart to my beloved Blacksburg...
Their before looks like the old UHall at uva.
Verne Troyer could clear Berman
Even though I'm excited to see how this team does in the NIT, the tournament results have proven not to have too much impact on next year's results. However, I believe for a team this young (we return virtually every contributing player), having these single knock-out type games are very valuable for our team.
It's kind of like the bowl game analogy. Win or lose might not mean much for next season, but those extra practices do help a whole lot with team development.
If they keep grinding, like they have been, the future is very bright for this team.
Look at these nice new (wide!) seats at Coleman Coliseum!

Hey BUuuuDDy
dude could clear Berman!

Yeah, and nothin' says lovin' like a Danish turd, right?
