Just take a look at all of the training videos posted on Youtube. Knowledgeable lifters can easily pick out horrible form, poor lifting mechanics, and idiotic programming that if rife in those videos.

# | Second-Half Surge Catapults Hokies to 73-68 Overtime Victory Over NC State Really proud of the team for not giving up when they were down double digits. Tyrone and Seth Allen kept making something out of nothing. Watching the game in person is probably the most fun I've ever had at Cassell.
I don't see it as he has a lack of confidence in the team. He's just being realistic about where we are and what we have to do to take the next step. There are no games where we are favored the rest of the way. I truly believe him when he says that the way we will win any more games is to fight like we did against NCS. The way Seth dogged Cat all game is what it takes from all and he still got his 20-plus points. If he gave us "hope:, it would be pretend from him and if we do not fight like junk yard dogs we might not win again. He has said time and time again what its going to take to climb the next rung. I believe in him and with some good recruiting and this young team growing a set and maturing and acquiring chemistry, I have hope.

I'm going to have to watch this replay today after a few good hours of wood choppin'. I went to a bar around halftime and the score was 31-0. I got home at 11:15 and turned on the AzSt bowl and saw the final score on the bottomline. I was shocked. Shocked, I tell you!
I'm glad TCU won and I am not glad that I already know the outcome.

Berman was bitching at 5 and 10 minute intervals, plus added a "final" tally once Buzz was there instead of actually doing the job he was so impatiently waiting to do.
It's amazing that he actually thinks that fans care about his little articles more than they do the players and coach.
I saw the score on the bottomline at some point in the game and thought, oh, well, Buzz still needs time.
Now I see the final score. What on earth. Nicely done, boys!
This same thing happened to me with the Oregon TCU game yesterday.

Or as someone else mentioned, the VT PR staff could have gotten out in front of this when they realized the post game meeting was running long. With that said, if you're in the middle of an intense discussion, sending someone out to give the press an update may not be high on your list or even a thought that crosses your mind.
I will say, I really like the way Buzz addressed it. I just read what he said but it didn't get into any name calling or fan flames.
I cut the cord two years ago after the World Cup and here's what I've done for college football. I have Comcast for cable internet:
I bought an antenna for $35 and, depending on your area, can get you all the OTA channels (usually the big four of Fox, CBS, ABC, and NBC for home games at South Bend, which will be important for us next year). There are usually some local channels, too, and for me in Central PA WHVL has an ACC game at noon every Saturday (and sometimes a doubleheader).
All SEC games that are on CBS are broadcast streaming live through CBSSports.com, this includes the Sun Bowl. CBS is a lifesaver for me, as the CBS tower is too far away for my puny antenna, tree density, and power lines (same with ABC and Fox).
If you log into the WatchESPN app, even without a cable subscription, any game on ABC is free to watch, so you'll get a good slate of local games (for me, it's usually Big Ten games) all Saturday afternoon, including the Gameday game in primetime. We haven't been real lucky with getting ABC games recently, but maybe we'll get some next year.
ESPN3 is problematic for me. For these games, a friend or parent has given me their cable subscription login so I could see these games. This year, there were two games that I couldn't watch, so I streamed the radio broadcast from Hokiesports.com.
Finally, I paid $20 a month to SlingTV, which is a terrible service but gets you a login for ESPN and allows you to watch ESPN and ESPN2. You will also get games that are ESPN3 only, I believe, as well, but not ESPNU. This is something that I'll cut off after the MNC next week. I will definitely be signing back up for cable when the World Cup comes back around so I don't have to get creative with it.
Cutting the cord has forced me to get creative in how I consume college football, and it's required a little bit of sacrifice (listening to the radio stream and foregoing any game on Fox). vtgreg makes an important note in that it could be cheaper to bundle with basic cable, which I've considered as well. Comcast used to charge extra for the basic channels in HD, I don't know if they still do that or not.
Good luck. It's saving me about $90 a month to not have cable, and it takes about a month to adjust to not having it, but I'm quite happy with watching less TV, especially the 150+ junk channels that come with any subscription.

Ok, so I'm just going to try to put a slightly different perspective here:
Would it have hurt Buzz to send an assistant out to inform the media that a team meeting was occurring, and that he was going to need more time? Buzz is right, his obligations are to the team and his boss. But at the same time, there is a happy medium between doing what you have to, and being a courteous individual. Buzz isn't wrong, but I don't he did exactly the RIGHT thing either.
What did Andy say or where can I find his comments?

I have been using a browser app called "hola" which will trick the server into thinking you are streaming from somewhere else, so I could stream the game on espn3 from Blacksburg.
Not that it would work for everyone but I kept basic cable as part of my package with TWC. It was actually cheaper to keep basic cable and bundle with the internet access. This gives me access to their online TV app, which I use to stream the games when they are blacked out on ESPN3. The only time I run into trouble is when the game is on ESPNU.
I understand that we still have a ways to go in building our program, but I feel like the lack of confidence he shows in the team is a little upsetting. I am not saying he is doing a bad job, and I am not talking about wanting him to give us hope to beat UVA, but "if and when we win another one" kind of bugged me. I know its a prepare for the worst and hope for the best world with our program recently, but I hope that we will see a growth in confidence for our players sake.

I could understand a bit more of the teeth gnashing if it were late at night but it was early afternoon. These guys need to get over themselves. If you don't want to wait, then leave, if not, it's fine to be annoyed but the barrage of negative tweets is silly and completely unprofessional.
I still read Andy because he does have some insight into what is going on with the team. But I do get tired of his almost militant neutrality. He is witty and fun; but I don't need to hear every day that he gets paid to cover VT not support the team. And his latest comments about Buzz are way out of line. I realize this is an instant gratification world; but most of the time it is better to wait for the full story before commenting.

I did not think he was being snarky. Bitter, on the other hand, was out of line; especially since he does not cover bball and was not even involved. Berman was not surprising; Bitter was a disappointment. I defended him when he and TKP had a dispute. I am wondering now if I was wrong.
I always felt like Andy was a significant downgrade from Kyle. I can't really put my finger on it, but Kyle really embraced VT and his reporting style was much more VT-friendly than Andy. At some level, I want a bit of a homer reporting through some orange and maroon glasses. Too much of that isn't good either, but I felt like Kyle got it right and Andy has never really tried
Fuente seems to be very loyal to his coaches. Where have we seen that before? :-)
Speaking of which, did you see what Oregon did to TCU last night? Dayum!
