I guess his poll earlier about whether to go to VT swayed him.

Don't tell HokieGal Hokiegirl, but it looks like Tenn is getting involved - he has an OV with Tenn in Jan too.

Edited to reference actual correct Tenn hater; my apologies!

One of those unsportsmanlike penalties was against the whole team at LOLUVA after the INT, that's allowed.

Binge watched it with my wife a few months ago. Loved the first 3 seasons then it just got way out there but it was still a great watch. The chemistry between the actors worked well together.

Way to many of those penalties for procedural problems and control problems. False starts, Offsides, and 10 personal fouls/unsportsmanlikes?

Fringe was such a good show. Took a while to hit its stride, but in Season 2 it really took off. Walter is one of the best characters to ever be on television. How John Noble never won any awards for his acting on Fringe is a mystery to me.

The amount of pure offensive talent at the skill positions is going through the roof.

If Fuente lives up to his billing as an offensive wizard, we could be scary good in a very short time period.

Mormon's go on Missions and a big part of there missionaries is to recruit people into the religion

isn't that the point of most religions? This is exactly like "spread the good word" which you hear in most Christian denominations. I don't understand how that is any different than most denominations of Christianity. I also don't understand what the heck you mean by "practices the faith."

I see your point, but I really doubt it. A mormon school would want high visibility fixtures in their college to be mormon as well. More about faith than alum status. That's just my 0.02

Sure, and then 2 P5 teams every year after that. It almost looks like the plan was for Frank to step aside after 2016 and then ease the new guy in.

The point is that scheduling ECU really isn't holding VT back from scheduling other teams. It's just annoying because games against them are their Super Bowl.

Jigging for schoolies again yesterday. Got some near the Rt 3 bridge on the Rapp, then moved out and found some on a small rockpile off of Stingray Point. Again no big fish, 22+ was the biggest, but we got four keepers nonetheless. Most of the local captains are bemoaning the recent lack of birds and bait on the screen, so we felt like we did ok. Spro jigs with a chartreuse curly tail was the bait of choice yesterday. I really think the warm weather/water is hurting the usual blitz we enjoy here in the middle Bay.

Respectfully, look at the OOC schedule for 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Strength of schedule matters. It hurt UNC this year. All the playoff committee kept saying about UNC wasn't that loss to USCjr, although it was pretty bad, it was that UNC played two FCS schools on their schedule. Even if they had beaten Clemson, they would not have been invited to the playoffs because of their weak schedule. The message from the committee couldn't be more clear:

Strength of Schedule Matters!

That's why the Big 12 implemented a new rule for all teams to play at least one OOC game against a P5 opponent. Since VT plays in the "weak" ACC Coastal Division, we must improve our OOC schedule.
