Looks like special teams could go either way...
This is the truth, there are (at last estimate) 244,000 Hokie alumni and there are less than 10,000 Hokie Club members, that is less than 5 percent of graduates! I think that number should be closer to 10% to get the athletic department competitive on a national level. I like my current standing in the HC, but would not be upset to drop about 5,000 spots due to new arrivals.
Well that's just not very sporting of the Virginia Tech Foundation.

At that point he's basically saying he's okay with everything we have in place defensively, so why wouldn't you just retain all defensive staff? Unless they were going to be let go regardless of the HC change or choose to leave themselves.
Not disagreeing with keeping Bud because obviously he's fantastic and they're not gonna find someone better, but that's where things start to get dicey with who stays and who goes.

I would think most would want new relationships, now is the time to do it as MD and UVA are replacing their relationships as well.
I would actually be very worried if they hired him
Well UCF hired Babers and it looks like Syracuse might hire Frost so we got those 2 down
With as much as everyone is saying Fuente will develop Lawson, I think he could also make Motley into a damn good QB too. I'm interested to see how it'll all play out. I'd assume maybe seeing them split play time during the Spring game..
My idea would be to take the retro helmets with gloss finish and white face mask and slap on a fighting gobbler. No tapered stripe or matte finish. Full on retro treatment of a retro logo.

For better and for worse, relationships have been built. I'm anxious to see how new relationships are established.
In my mind this is one of the most intriguing and one of the most important aspects of the transition.
Will get downvoted for this, and that's cool. I hate UVA, but London always seemed like a good guy. Off the football field, and certainly never near or against VT, I hope good things come by him. He never had a lot of the bad stuff associated with him that come by some coaches, and I can respect it.

Doubling this year, we can do better than 110%!
