On a tangent I was very proud to see that NJ snagged a top 5 spot in states most likely to curse at you. That is some tough competition and I am proud of the anger and casual displeasure my fellow Garden Staters displayed there.

Agreed Ive seen some of the highlight films on YouTube. they obviously WANT to be out there and are not afraid at all to collide quickly and with bad intentions, even without as many pads as the guys. There is a lot to grow and build on there.
And hell looking back the early men's football uniforms would be thought antiquated and stupid today so maybe it isn't that different.

There are teams that can come in and take the wind out of our sales with an early lead, Miami for one. But that's a unique relationship we have with them. ECU came in last year and put 21 on us in the first quarter and the crowd didn't throw in the towel. We lost, but the crowd didn't quit.
I don't think the Bucks can do it either. I say that because you're the defending champions. On paper you shouldn't have a problem with us. We embrace that, and even though we know you should win, I BELIEVE we can win. On Labor Day in Lane Stadium, there will be 67,000 others believe too. So even if we're down, we'll be confident. And if we lose but beat the spread and scare the hell out of you it'll still be a victory of sorts.
However, bear in mind if you beat us, you must win the NC. I call it "The Blessing of the Turkey" which we have bestowed upon the Trojans, Tide, and LSU. Boise is the only one to screw it up.
