Thanks French. This is a big blow. The only way it would be worse was if he was dismissed closer to the start of the season. At least Bud will have time to ponder and prepare during fall practice.
On the bright side, we have at least one member of our secondary who is new to major playing time step up every year. (2014 - Clark, 2013 - Fuller/Facyson, etc). It will happen again in 2015. Next man up.

the only way I hope he sees the field is if they think he'll be gone in 3-4 years for the NFL. DT is probably our deepest position on the team if maddy is healthy and we burned some RSs already recently at the position.

I think he was denied on campus housing or maybe even not allowed to come back for a semester or something.
I wonder if this beer would work well in combination with something else. I think someone mentioned purple haze. Anything else?
I think it's pretty damn good. I find it to be one of those one bottle nightcap/dessert beers. It hits the spot just right. Would probably do very well in a beer milkshake I'd imagine.

Reavis not enrolled at VT, appealing student conduct decision The only gray area I can come up with regarding drugs is consumption (which isn't illegal) rather than possession. They could confirm that he was "smoking" in the residence hall which isn't allowed, but he may not have any on him when the police were called, in which case it would only be handled by Student Conduct. I disagree that it has to do with academics though because Student Conduct doesn't handle that. Unless of course, that is being misreported and he was in front of the student honor council instead which is very possible. You really have to mess up to get kicked out of school by student conduct. My freshman year had 5 felony damage charges issued to residents, including 2 to one person for damage done to furniture, the rooms, and other parts of the building. The only thing they got was a ban from on-campus housing.
I now have absolutely no ties to the song without Lane Stadium.
I occasionally here the song and it always jolts me with how unnervingly out of place it sounds because it has completely taken on the role of the atmosphere of Lane Stadium, it seems foreign to hear it anywhere else.

Holland Fisher came in as the top ranked safety prospect in his class. This could be his chance after a red shirt season to take the bull by the horns and make this position his. I know there are questions about him not being able to grasp the defense. But hopefully he will work hard this summer to learn the calls and alignments. In a perfect world though Reavis is reinstated.
