09 for me. First time we fielded a competent offense, still had a good defense, had memorable games throughout (Nebraska at home, Miami rain game, exciting opening against Alabama). We didn't win coastal of anything, but Tennessee game was entertaining.
I think he was just referring to D1 caliber teams..

Just going off memory, but I think it's until 2026? Contracts can and are broken all the time. Technology can change a lot in 10 years - I don't think many people foresaw the rise of internet streaming 10 years ago.

Does anybody know the timeframe when non-Hokie club members that didn't pick their seat location get their tickets? Im sure its the same time as everybody else, I just want to know where I will be sitting.
Williams was the best RB we've ever had at VT, IMHO. Wilson was good but relied on his speed (not a bad thing).
Williams was more of a prototypical RB, a little like Emmitt Smith in that regard. A complete back, instinctual if you will. Always hit the hole hard.

I agree with your overall point that DCs were scared of OSU's big-play capabilities late in the year, but not because they had more film. Oregon and Bama had major concerns at corner (Oregon because of injured DBS, Bama I believe because of injury/suspension/mediocre corners) meaning they had to give them safety help. Had Foster knownJones was going to start against him and had a bunch of film on OSU's offense, I don't think it would have changed much. The QB wasn't the issue on deep balls against VT. The ball got there just fine and in fact Barrett had some pretty excellent throws. However, Foster trusted his DBs to beat OSU's receivers and for nearly the entire night they did.
Yes, OSU got better as the season went along. What French has pointed out is that it wasn't because they made drastic changes, they simply executed better. That, coupled with the fact that they never again saw corners as good as VT's, made their offense run at a 40+ point clip down the stretch.

It was 55-6, and the closest I see is GT in 2005, 51-7.
After that, the only times we even hit 50 were 2009 Marshall, 2010 WF, and 2011 App State.

At the time of his student conduct hearing he had not been convicted. However, I suppose his (McKenzie's) recent conviction could lead to further action.
I suspect there are things in here (edit: sorry, I see this is already posted below) http://www.hokiehandbook.vt.edu/codeofconduct/ that can get you suspended or dismissed that don't involve the state/federal legal sysytem.
