And for the life of me I cant understand why anyone would take RGIII, Dan Snyder, 4 HC's and 1 playoff appearance a decade over consistent deep playoff runs and 2 HC's over the same time.

There PLENTY of reasons besides the name to not like the Redskins.
You could like teams who win
You could like owners who arent turd sandwiches
You could like nice stadiums
Any of which are perfectly valid reasons to like any of the 31 other teams.
Absolutely love NOVA... as a single male, there is not a place in this world I'd rather be. The female talent and job opps in this area is unreal. There is a metro for a reason to deal with traffic, and no weekend is the same. I grew up in Evansville, Indiana and understand the idea of a simple life, but to get a career on track and for entertainment purposes, not many places match up to the DC metro.
Also, I was born in Columbus and both my parents went to anOSU (chose VT over them and the Spartans), I have been to numerous games at the Shoe (including last year), and nothing compares to a night game in the Burg. I had bragging rights for several months until they won the SHIP, but this year I am looking for a full year of reaching our potential. I'm drinking this MillerLite to 60 days, and to registering on the Richter Scale 9/7.

Some considerations that may have been taken into account: circumstances of how they met, his age, victim and her family's input. If the guy was 19 do we saddle him with a felony conviction along with having to register for the rest of his life, does that benefit the Commonwealth considering the facts of hat particular case? Do we want to put the girl on the stand 2x (once for the preliminary hearing and once for a trial)?
There are a multitude of reasons the carnal knowledge was amended.
I live in Cincy now but grew up in Madison County. The deer in Oh are bigger. More corn and Soybeans. It is not uncommon for a buck to dress out at 150. Deer in Va are more plentiful I would say but smaller stature. I love VA for bring so Diverse in scenery. Ocean, mountains, city, country.
Pluses of Cincy, they invent reasons to drink beer in public. Gotta respect that!
It is a sampling. Not a particularly insightful one in terms of the opinions of Native Americans as a whole but it is still a sampling.

It can encompass a few things, one of which is being over 18 and having sex with someone between 15 and 17. You do NOT have to register as a sex offender if convicted of contributing, additionally, in VA if you're convicted of a misdemeanor, then you generally only serve 50% of the sentence, so if he received 15 days active that's really 7.
Its not a felony (generally) to have sex with someone unless they're under 15 unless there is a supervisory relationship. So a teacher who has sex with a 16 year old, or coach etc. then that would be a felony. (and would have to register).
As for the school conduct committee that's a question for that body.
Somebody could be offended by anything. I've heard just as much support from native Americans as I have not.
With that said, if I owned the team, I would simply rename the team officially the skins, drop the head logo and go back to the spear or some other variation of the feathers. Simple and very little loss of nostalgic memories.
Are they allowed to be the warriors? I thought they wouldn't be able to copy another pro team's name.

I don't think that's a really fair/nice thing to say. While there are a lot of transplants living in Northern Virginia, there are a lot of families who have lived there for a long time.
I'm originally from the Loudoun area, which is not nearly as populated and busy as Fairfax. I guess the "Northern Virginia" that some people don't care for is the Fairfax part, but even with the chaos that comes with it, I still think there are plenty of positives.
For starters, Northern VA is very diverse, which allows for a wide array of businesses and restaurants to exist; there are many more options here than there are in other parts of the state. You also don't have to travel very far for shopping either. Sure, the traffic sucks, but everything is within reach.
Also, and I say this without trying to be horribly offensive to New Jerseyans, people from NoVA ARE NOT like people from New Jersey. Maybe the people originally from New Jersey are like New Jerseyans, but on average, NoVA people are not as rude as some may think. Even people from New Jersey (the one's I've met while at Tech) aren't even that rude. I'm fairly sure that a lot of the families who have been living in Nothern VA for decades are not too different in terms of hospitality than people from other parts of the state.
For me personally it was 2008. Freshman year. Was never a big fan of any football to that point but I loved band and I figured I'd give it a shot. Started off horribly with a sweltering loss to ECU in Charlotte.
But! Ending the season with an ACC Championship and a BCS bowl victory is one great way to cap it all off, and it will probably remain my most memorable season until we win it all.

The way I see it, Bud takes 3-star recruits (personally stars don't mean crap, it's the size of the heart that is important but I digress) and will turn them into an All-American from DBU!!!
Kansas was no better than Cincy when we played them. We should have crushed Kansa by simply pounding Ore. They couldnt stop him but our coaches sure could. I was embarrassed for our coaches after that game. Reesing? Give me a break.
I would much rather stick with the native american theme if the name changed. I wish they could be the washington braves
