Yes i hate this. I have a similar situation. Get in at 7am (supposed to be in at 8am). I dont go around gossiping or talking to other people (unless it is a quick hello how are you). Just eat a quick 15 min lunch at my desk. Leave at 5pm. While the people that work till 6-7pm wonder why i am leaving so early. Its like if you just stop goofing off and going around to everyone's desk to socialize, stop taking 1 hour or more lunches, and just focus on the tasks at hand its easy to get things done and not have to stay till 6 or 7pm.

I thorougly enjoyed that segment and agree it does show how Frank runs things in a different light. I generally try to watch or listen to everything Frank says during his press conferences or public appearances.

Flacco makes me want to stab my eyes sometimes, but like other people are saying, he's far from the problem. The big difference between this year's offense and last is the absense of Pitta. He is a solid player and one of Flacco's favorite targets so with him and Boldin gone, Flacco doesn't have much to work with. Nice surprise to see the defense back to be great.

Good summary of the opposing viewpoint. I think anyone that argues that Frank isn't coaching or isn't relatable didn't see the All-Access show this past summer. Working with the punters on their form and technique, while cracking jokes speaks a lot (to me) about not only his attention to detail but who he is as a person. That specific segment was relatively short, but illuminating, I think.

Wait, a starting QB wants to play QB instead of WR? Stop the presses! He's getting paid millions to do his job, so let him do his thing. As a Ravens fan, I can't say I am thrilled with the offensive performance this year, but I will not, or ever, be on the Flacco hating train. The dude isn't a pompous asshole who gets in trouble with the law or is locker room cancer, he is just voicing his honest opinion during an interview. You wonder why Frank and other use so much coach speak. Or Belichick says about 18 words per interview. It's because as soon as you say something 'controversial' like this you have guys calling him things like selfish and entitled.

On a separate note, I do not blame the offensive troubles on Flacco. Losing Boldin to the 49ers, Pitta being out all season, and Jacoby injured for a few weeks forced them to start an undrafted rookie WR for multiple weeks. Ray Rice has been injured. The zone blocking scheme brought over this year by Juan Castillo has been horrific. Flacco is frustrated about how the season has played out and doesn't want to see his offense turn into a gimmick.
