I guess that's better than french's computer

Well said - last year cost us the benefit of the doubt against weaker teams. This team is certainly capable of running roughshod over the Coastal, but certainly not a garauntee at this point. I hope last year keeps this team focussed and hungry, because if so, it could be a rough year for the rest of the division (particularly the offenses!)
I concur. Look for apples grown in northern states (e.g. New York or Michigan) as crisp apples like Honeycrisp and McIntosh grow much better with colder nighttime temperatures. Full disclosure, I am descended from New York apple farmers and will heartily recommend New York apples over any other apple. Especially the little skin-coated bags of mush grown below the Mason-Dixon line.
I've seen my fair share of ecstasy - depression - ecstasy patterns in my time too. It went on for a long while during the 2nd half and OT against Marshall.
Well last year's offense was worse and they still managed 34 points, and UNC's defense is worse than last year too. Not saying I expect Tech to score 34 but 24 should be more than a reasonable goal.
shitter's full!
and Jack Tyler took over for Cody Grimm.
Top college players these days can take out insurance policies through the NCAA in case they get hurt and never make the NFL. I believe Jadeveon Clowney has a $5m policy, and if he makes the NFL he will pay the NCAA back for the insurance costs with his salary, and if he doesn't make the NFL chances are it's due to injury which will earn him his $5m policy, out of which he'll pay back the NCAA. I see Facyson potentially taking out such a policy and sticking around, at least long enough to finish his bachelor's. That way he's set up to go on to med school once his NFL career is over.
Is that his real picture? could a UNC beat writer be more UNC?
All the talent in the world, no coaching, and a nickle will get you a nice warm cup of JACK SQUAT

Now thats funny right there
Twins Basil! Twins!

Whoops. I upvoted HOAT by accident. Could someone offset that for me?
I keed. I agree that it should be a refuge. It's just hard to resist the urge to riff, but I'll try harder when sensitive subjects are broached.
I understand people occasionally fat finger downvotes, but I swear in cases like this its a troll doing it on purpose. I got both of you as well
got you too buddy!
Call the whole crew the Spanish Inquisition.
This would mean Kyle, of course, is Torquemada:
This is a great story and being a special education teacher it is great to see students building each other up and accepting each other for their differences. Side note I will be on the sidelines against Dan River in the near future. I am actually excited to see Edmunds in action and also being able to break down film on him and his team all week in preparation of trying to slow him down. We shall see.
Thanks for sharing. Love feel good stories like these.
Agreed 100%.
I would say COULD instead of SHOULD. We definitely can win all of those games. I don't think we're at a point where we can really say we SHOULD win all of those games. Our defense SHOULD play well in all of those games but the jury is still out on how the O SHOULD do. I just think SHOULD is a little too strong of a word for where we are at this point of the season with new coaches all over the place.
Kudos to owning it and I won't down vote you for it. I agree, stay away from politics on here.
I think everyone agrees that we SHOULD win these next four games. But we lost to UNC and Pitt last year, so those aren't going to be easy wins. Duke was beating us by 20 and BC took us to overtime. There are no easy wins.
I agree with them but I don't like how they didn't mention shutting down ECU's offense which is plenty potent.
here's a leg for owning up to it

So far, we've left too many points on the table. If our offense completes drives, commits zero turnovers, and converts all of our extra point and FG opportunities, I believe we can score 30+ tomorrow.
