BUSTED! ;)
UCLA
VT (but barely)
Oregon (spread will have to be massive for me to pick against the ducks this year. massive)
Alabama (by a good bit I think, despite the defenders A&M gets back)
Ole Miss
Wiscy (I have no idea)
1-5 week one, 3-3 second week, so... 5-1 this week. Right?! Right...
It's alright, the flashy programs need to be exposed for we knew was happening all along.
We were talking about his son who is 7 now and playing QB and I asked him if we could expect to see another Vick QB on the field. He laughed and said during the Oregon-UVa game his son told him that he liked UVa, and he told him if that's who he likes, he supports him 100%.
Truly a remarkable guy.
I've been quite impressed with FS1 so far. It will be interesting to see their coverage of the game on Saturday. The only real benefit of the ACC/ESPN deal is having basically every football and bball game available on some channel.

not going to lie, I definitely only clicked the top links on his thread and didnt make it past the big crater image. Otherwise I would have seen he posted it.

In other news, water is wet.
The comments sections on those articles are funny as hell. On the OSU ones there are lots of "Bring the hammer down/Death penalty" comments, but on the SEC article some of the same people are basically saying "The schools didn't do anything, can't punish them"
I wonder what conference they are fans of?
Hmmm, edits don't seem to be posting from my crappy work computer... I'll stick them here:
The OK St report on drugs is out today:
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/college-football/news/20130912/oklahoma...
Essentially, rampant pot use and dealing, as well as totally worthless penalties by the school.
See now...I wasn't going to go there, but I knew somebody would.
Yep. The thing I really admire about Dwight is that he loves Virginia Tech more than anyone, but unlike a lot of people in this state, he never lets his allegiance or bias interfere, pressure, or steer a kid to his alma mater. All he truly cares about is crafting successful kids on and off the field.
THIS
It looked like ESPN was the last to report it because of their interests. One of the reasons I have migrated to b/r and FS1
LT was told to not run much, I am sure.
I am also sure that WC knew that they wouldn't run LT much, allowing them to pursue the RB on the read handoff almost exclusively, which allowed huge holes to open up that LT would have busted pretty severely. If WC was actually keying on LT running the ball (as ACC opponents will), then the running lanes on that read play should open up more for whatever RB is in the backfield with LT.
I'm often asking by acquaintances, co-workers, etc. "What exactly is a Hokie?"
From now on, I'm just going to link them to that article.
Well done, Mr. Vick.
He also has made a big impact on Tim Settle, hopefully that translates to him coming here! But regardless what a upstanding guy, a true Hokie!

WR blocking is the key to any run outside. If they don't block it goes nowhere like last season.
Ross was a tight end in high school and for a big guy was pretty athletic. He has a pretty good mean streak in him on the field too!
Upvote for asking the most pertinent question of all... and for reminding me Woolwine exists.
You memory is probably right - at the time they were trying to use him as a dual-threat read option guy and they switched to a more mobile QB halfway through the year. Now they realize that he doesn't have a big arm or speed, but the little guy puts the ball on the money.
Sea Gull is a great camp. Good spot on the Neuse for teaching little chicks how to sail.

David Fox is an asshat.
