We don't neeeeeeeeed....no more trouble......(Bob Marley voice)
Good. Welcome back, Corey.
Yeah, the way the Richmond Times Dispatch reported it had me thinking the same thing. Said he did leave, but then came back. Glad he decided to stay.
I'm happy he's staying with the program, I think he can be a big time player, this is what Beamer said of him after Signing Day: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/03/AR201102....
"I'd put Corey Marshall up against anybody in this state."
That is def an aurburn fan in disguise lol. I agree we should al meet up and take the pic! If not people need to do a pic of themselves with their teams shirt on then one with the winners.
I feel the same way.. I had the standford game DVR's and watched it over and over again that night, whimpering that Tyrod went out like that.
nah its being reported as it was true, he left the team and went home. And then met with beamer and decided to stay. Its what I gather from all the sources on twitter who cover vt
I added another major and a couple minors to extend my stay. Unfortunately, I won't be gracing Blacksburg will my presence anymore except with the occasional visit. Here is my advice. Heed and take note.
Probably Journell. He is out there most days.
It seems to have been untrue..just saw where he went home for the weekend to think things over but spoke with Beamer today and remains a member of the team. Go Hokies!
Sounds like engineering. I ended up missing a lot of my noon chem classes, did OK in calc, ended up retaking Linear Algebra, don't remember much of English.
Apparently me wanting to design stuff didn't mean that engineering was the path I should have taken. Sadly, took a while to figure that out, but once I switched majors, I was able to bring that GPA up to a somewhat decent level. Granted, no one has ever asked me about my GPA, seems to not matter at this point.
Quick, someone snapchat him!
I keed I keed.
He wasn't staring Byrne down on that play... as he turns back around from the play fake, he looks to the left then his head turns back to the right and he throws to Byrne.
When I read this I immediately realized that UVA is onto something big. Real big. They have made a super lean that replaces Sprite with Zima.
Yeah my freshman year I took Calc, Chem, Linear Algebra (with an awful professor), and english. English wasn't bad I just didn't work hard enough. My GPA was not pretty.
Python always gets the upvote!
I had an emotional breakdown my entire freshman year because of Calculus....and Chemestry...and...so on, and so on....geesh! What a year that was! Ok, it was more like four quarters (we were on the quarter system at the time).
Damn, you beat me to it!
He Glennoned Glennon???!!
I second the notion!
Not like this is the first time my heart has skipped a beat, due to Hokie Football...

Well said... Powers!
I'm guessing he just felt a little stressed or something - overwhelmed maybe? I haven't really been following his transition to the inside but learning that could have taken a toll. I'm his age, college can be stressful. I had an emotional break down mid summer one time because of Calculus 2.
I could be totally in the wrong here though.
Now I can get back to studying after worrying about this the entire night

i wish they would keep him (and other players) in a position and let him develop at that position (ideally DE, where we recruited him to play). i dont think the back and forth does the player much good in trying to get to the next level.
