Holy shit. Haven't seen film on him but just those vitals are exciting.
Of course i am excited about Fischer, Fuller and the top recruits but I am really excited about Brandon Facyson. He seems like a class act. That is huge, a true student athlete that isn't afraid of hard work. He is a great athlete and I feel like he is going to compete right away.
I haven't had a second to read the article, but do they go a step further and analyze how many of those top draft picks actually panned out in the NFL? God knows how many guys (especially from marquee college programs) get drafted considerably higher than they probably should based purely on measurables, performance at the Underwear Olympics, and the dreaded "potential" tag.
If the stories about Alabama are true, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!
...I'm kidding of course...
...and by stem cells you of course mean a cocktail of deer antler spray, HGH, and 'roids. If it helps you heal, go for it.
Any word if he's getting that stem-cell treatment? I heard somewhere that Andrews treated AP with stem cells removed from AP's own hip bone, and it really helped the healing process, and that RGIII was getting the same treatment. It sounds cool, and I was just wondering if anyone had heard something like that.
holland fischer 4 minuters after him, cant wait to see that dude decapitate someone.
Anthony Shegog was first one to sign. I really hope he becomes a contributor, because his name is so awesomely Lovecraftian. Photoshop a football helmet on Cthulhu or something
You would be lucky if they let you bring it in. Usually they prohibit those. I know specifically they prohibit cameras longer than 6 inches.
this kid is awesome.....i really hope he can recover in enough time to get on the field
According to Twitter, he's coming as a walk-on
I don't particularly care where a player is drafted, I just care what they do in college. Look at Tyrod - he was a 6th round pick, but he was one of the best qbs we ever had here. So using that to evaluate a player's college success is pretty flimsy.
What is interesting is the disparity between the two schools - one has 22 busts, the other only 8. I'm not entirely sure how bust is defined here, but clearly Bama utilized its talent better.
DJ Coles, Logan Thomas, David Wilson were all AA guys.
Yup yup.

QB Trace McSorley reportedly picked up a VT offer as well as one from UNC and UNC-Charlotte. According to Yahoo!, his primary recruiter is Bud Foster.
Also for 2015, WR/DB/KR Brandon Polk has received a VT offer (see first link).
Briar Woods has won three consecutive AA Division 4 State Championships and 29 straight games overall. McSorley has started at quarterback since he was a freshman, winning all three titles.
Eh, I didn't mean that way. He was great at the end of the season, yes. I meant it may be bad because I don't want him to play with his injury at only 85 or 90 percent.
I think he is a better option than throwing someone like Bonner or Manning out there. Towards the end of the season I felt that he had really turned things around and was our most improved player. In my mind he has the best shot of stopping Amari Cooper. Kyle is ideally a slot corner, and while I love Kendall what could become I think it would be asking to much to early to put him on Cooper.
I can't remember the front... the back was the Lane Stadium shot with Skipper and the quote "The sweet sound of victory" right?
I would be shocked if he didn't play against Bama...
...Which may or may not be a good thing.
He looks like the prototypical triple option qb. I think he'd be a better fit at a place like jmu more so than VT.
The later recruits in USC's 06-09 run didn't blossom because Lane Kiffin blows.
IMO this doesn't prove anything about the probability of a highly ranked player being able to out-perform a lower ranked player.
Are some highly ranked players not going to pan out? Yes. Of course. That's life. Injury, family issues, attitude problems, academic issues, all these things and more can prevent an individual from reaching their top potential. However, statistics show that highly ranked players are, on average, far more likely to succeed at College Football then their lower ranked counter-parts.
1. Dr. Andrews walked n recovery when I was drugged up and asked how I was feeling. He later told my mom I said, "I'm ready to beat Alabama"— Antone Exum Jr. (@IAmSwag1) February 6, 2013

Definitely us and Michigan. I was thinking SCAR but if he really is serious about academics he would replace SCAR with UF (since he wants to do engineering).

Thanks for all you do, TKP Staff! Really excited to read all of these and excited about Bucky too.
